Went in around 9:20am, it was completely dead. I needed to ship an Amazon return, but had left my printed label at work. I asked Adrien behind the shipping desk if I could email the label to be printed. I’d forgotten a label once before a few months ago and the gentleman at that time had simply taken my phone and taken care of it for me. Adrien instructed me that I could use the self serve printers, which I went to do. First of all, the printer authorizes your payment method for $5. $5 for a single sheet of printing? Even so, I needed this package sent so I shrugged it off and was prepared to pay the fee. However, after sending it to the Staples email address twice, I still never received the confirmation code I was supposed to plug into the printer for it to print out my label. Adrien just casually mentioned that “it takes a couple minutes,” and then spent the entire 25min I stood there with his back turned, completely ignoring my existence. It’s 9:50am now, I’m taking my label-less package back home and will just come back on Monday with the label I printed for free and hope that someone even slightly more competent and attentive will be behind the desk when I come...

I came here last week to get 5 documents printed in color. There was no line and the attendant told me to use the self service machine. He did t explain it and just told me to sit at the computer which charged 35 cents a minute.
I followed some instructions on a business card the attendant handed me and was confused. The attendant said we’ll just follow this instructions when I came up to get some help.
I decided to leave, paid an annoying $5 for the computer that I accomplished nothing with.

Let me tell you the store was clean neat and organized although not the biggest office supply store it certainly seems to be a very efficient and well stocked wanna.
Soon as I walked in I went to the courtesy desk and ask the gentleman behind the counter or some ink cartridges were introduced himself is Ron and I believe it was the manager there and he was extremely friendly and helpful.
