TY Fine Furniture — Attraction in Columbus

If I could give this place a lower rating than this I would the lady at the front desk was so unprofessional it was crazy I went in to just browse around I ended up finding two mini wooden spoons for $4.30 I went to the check out using tap to pay out in my PIN number and it went through then the lady asked me for my card I told her I used tap to pay and that it went through cause I can see the charge on my phone she said yes but she would like to see my real card to write down my cvv number and I told her I didn’t have my card and that’s why I used tap to pay then she asked for my ID and I told her I didn’t have one because I don’t drive then she try to say she need my ID because people come in and comment Credit card fraud and she need either my credit or my ID even though I had already paid with no problem then she started questioning me about who’s name was on the card I said it was my name Aaliyah then she kept pushing for my card or ID I told her that she wasn’t getting either one and then she said this time I’ll let it slide but next time you come back and bring your card and ID and I told her to just refund my money because I didn’t want the spoons at that point she refunded my card and yelled at me the whole way out the door about people commit fraud and how she needed my credit card or ID i have never been ask to show my ID at any store unless it was applicable reasons and they follow all applicable laws what they was trying to do was a invasion against privacy and against the law I have no idea what they were trying to do with my card numbers and ID for all, I know they could have been the one trying to steal my information it was very rude and unprofessional and I will never go back here again and if you do want to go here PLEASE BE CAREFUL WITH YOUR CARD INFORMATION AND YOUR ID THEY ARE SKETCHY plus they have nothing in their store for which they should...

Great products, wonderful service. I very rarely take the time to write any reviews, but they were exemplary at every step in the process and really deserve your business. They took a lot of time to ensure that we found the right product. Then the delivery and assembly crew were very careful, respectful, and clean.

We decided to go for an organic bedding set, but hadn't done much research outside of mattresses. We had a number of configurations demonstrated for us so that we found exactly the right comfort and support. We were also in need of a bed and were told of the numerous benefits of organic furniture. I think the science is still out on whether conventional furniture does any harm, but it's worth the piece of mind. I confirmed everything I was told while we were there. I didn't feel like we were over-sold (or lied to) about anything.

Even if "organic" is of zero concern to you, the cost of the mattresses and furniture are pretty well in line with conventional counterparts of the same quality. I wish the furniture fit with the motif of our house. It's very high quality and looks excellent.

They handled ordering, delivery and assembly of a bed (to go with the new mattress we purchased) from a company that they never used in the past. It was damaged during shipping to them and I didn't even have to say anything about it. They noticed everything, arranged replacement from the manufacturer, and scheduled a return visit for delivery and installation.

I will definitely be returning when our little ones need new beds as well as for their excellent home theater seating. If you have the means to consider high-end bedding or furniture, it would be a mistake not to...

My experience with T.Y. began just after moving to Columbus before the Covid-19 outbreak. I had a parent with some health problems needing to stay with us and while we had room we did not have any extra furniture. We called all over for anyone who might sell even a floor sample but the answer was no. I found T.Y and noticed the positive reviews - and let me say we have been incredibly pleased with the experience from first speaking Arletta to final deliveries. I explained our situation and though custom furniture typically takes a while, T.Y. expedited a bedroom suit for us in just over a week (including an amazing organic mattress). The quality is top-notch and will be something we can pass down for generations. The entire team ensured both safety and quality throughout the process. We were contacted with regular updates and received a thoughtful note of appreciation (handwritten not an email) - Good furniture comes with a price but also last lifetime(s) if cared for properly. I would recommend T.Y to anyone and it was also great to support a local business during the pandemic (but certainly at any time). Will likely order something else in the future.
