I have a brand new bottle of 70 dollar bottle versace perfume confiscated at the front door. There was a sign saying no glass which assumed to be for food and beverage purposes and I didn't even think about my perfume. I specifically told the girl working to please not let anyone take it and she assured me she wouldn't. I called because I had forgotten to grab it and it is now nowhere to be found. They did an "investigation" and called me back and told they could not recover it. It was an a employees care which leads me to believe an employee stole it. They told me they would look at camera's and clearly they didn't. I know it's only perfume but it's the principle that one of the employees is a thief and they are doing nothing about it. The water park is a great facility for kids and a good time but if you can't trust the employees it raises a red flag. I also ordered food yesterday when I went and the employees had no idea what they were doing. We waited 20 mins for nachos! They then tried to give me one that had been sitting in the window for almost 10 mins. There was no leader among the 5 or 6 working. Almost the whole managenent staff was in a meeting while all of this was taking place. Like I said it is a fun facility but they need some work and I'm out 70 bucks. He told me that I needed my kids present in order to get a wristband so I’m thinking that the wristbands was the proof of purchase so I went and got my kids and went in front of the line on the side to go into the pool where he was standing and he said I had to wait in the line to check my kids in so I asked someone if I can just get some wristbands for my kids who was at the front of the line. They said yes so we got wristbands for the kids and he still wouldn’t let me in because he said I had to wait in line. It was 107° I had three kids all under two. I feel like Diego needs better Customer Service training and he needs to learn how to talk to people . I recorded almost the whole thing. The manager was talking to me like everybody Black that was there was with my group of people I have witnesses.He felt . He basically said that everybody just walked in and didn’t pay was with me because he said the group of people. I don’t understand why he thought that group was with me and my kids I just feel like that place may be a little racist by the way they were talking to me. In front of my kids.
