Driver wouldn't allow me to ride in the bucket seat in the front of the van but insisted I travel In the back. I don't do well in the back of busses it is very painful for me, very bumpy. I told 4 times I Only wanted the required tests requested by a specific Dr, and they kept saying I needed more tests but when I asked Specificly if he had requested these additional tests, well, no, but they wanted to do this Extra stuff. I was already in too much pain from the transport van. They took my blood pressure 3 times very painfully with an automatic device even after I explained that it's painful bc the nerves associated with a neck injury also are going down my arms Finnally they dug out a manual one for the 4th time...which should have been used to start with since it was much faster and didn't squeeze my arm as much and not nearly as long of a painful test.it was there the whole time and should have been used at the start bc the others are extremely painful squeezing my arms and the injured nerves in them. Then there was no one qualified to draw my blood except for in my hand. That's even more UNecasary Pain!!!! I'm getting very tired of having UNecasary Pain inflicted on me by people who are supposedly in a position to Help Me, but are in fact Only there to serve another Corporation"s interest and bring in money for that corporation. If any of them had my interest in mind it would have been totally different. They would have at least tried to make it less painful. But that didn't happen and it seems be becoming a pattern of behavior. I may have to go elsewhere.

Terrible experience. Appointment was made for my dad almost a month in advance for alcohol misuse screening and counseling. This was a very important visit to us and the first step in trying to get him some help. According to his insurance we needed to do this first to get him referred for more help. It's hard enough with an alcoholic to keep appointments. My dad is 73. We show up and they say the Appointment was canceled because the doctor wasn't in that day. They left my dad voice-mail but he does not know how to check it. And this voice-mail was the day of the appointment. Because I called to confirm it the day before. It's a new phone. I've tried to show him. Anyway pretty frustrating that we had to wait almost a month to get in there. And that happens. Also I tried to make an appointment previously over the phone for him and they said a nurse would have to call back. We never got the call back. Why couldn't another doctor fill in that day? Is there only one? Shame on this clinic. Do better. We won't be back. He is changing his...

The doctor did not call in the prescriptions she said she would. Waited at pharmacy for over an hour only to be told later called by someone at office that the 2 milligram script I've been taking in order to sleep for the past decade was going to be reduced to 1 milligram. Then she didn't call that in either . Having spine surgery on the 10th of this month and couldn't sleep all weekend waiting for this to be fixed . Told me I was pre diabetic, not true. Just had blood work done 2 days ago for surgery , only drink a teaspoon of sugar in coffee, eat organic, don't eat meat, never been diabetic doesn't run in family, not overweight at all .
