Landeros Furniture Superstore — Attraction in Commerce

Must read… I just moved here from out of state and looking to furnish my apartment. With 6,800 in cash, I went looking for a great company. I found this company on google and decided to give them a call. I spoke with a very charismatic and pleasant woman. I asked for a price on a specific item. She gave me the item and I concluded the call. I arrived shortly after and was welcomed by a very nice and helpful lady. I asked for the item I had called about and said that the woman I had previously spoke with stated it was on sale for 249.00 when I was actually told 289.00. The lady helping me asked if I was paying cash to which I replied yes. She said that she was going to see if she could get it for me even cheaper. She did not come back but the woman that I had originally spoke with over the phone. Although she was very polite and kind, she stated that she told me 289.00 not 249.00. I kindly apologize for the confusions and then left with my 6,800 dollars. If a company is willing to let let a sale exit their doors for a petty 40.00 then they are not a company I’m willing to give my money. The funny thing is that if they had said they would sell it to me for the 249.00 I would have paid regular price and the rest of my 6,800. Hopefully the next company I test passes. Buying a loft bed from Landeros Furniture has been an absolute nightmare from start to finish. If I could give zero stars, I would. The installers trashed parts of our home during the first visit—chipping paint, damaging window seals—and while that mess was eventually cleaned up, the problems didn’t stop there.

They delivered the WRONG parts for the bed, and despite us sending multiple texts WITH PICTURES, customer service has completely ghosted us. No responses. No solutions. Nothing.

Now here we are—after just SIX nights of my daughter using the bed, it’s already broken. Not only is it cheaply made garbage, it’s DANGEROUS I’m furious and disgusted. This company clearly does not care about quality, accountability, or basic customer safety.

The furniture store has great selection and offers customization as well. But the best part is that they don’t pressure you to make a purchase. I had already been to several furniture stores so when I saw this place pop up on my instagram feed, I thought I should visit this place. I was met with friendly staff but let me tell you about Charlie Garcia, he showed & provided excellent customer service, patience and went above and beyond to show me several options until I was sure to love the pieces. I am very picky so this visit really surprised me. I ended finding everything I needed for our new home.
