With so much peace and love, you guys need to stop following people in the store! While I understand you guys have had a plethora of people steal from you and some more violent incidents occur, you already have a system that requires an employee to buzz customers in/out and cameras. If you need too, get a system similar to 7 eleven where they can see all corners of the store from the tv that streams all the cameras. You guys have like 3 girls (one at the counter and 2 on the floor) following people around. I come in here at least once or twice a month and to STILL be getting followed around the store is insane and makes me not want to shop here. Please fix this issue, i really like this store and its products; it would suck to have to stop coming. I know other people who come here feel...

I was excited it was my first time inside the store and I was walking around looking at everything and the young girl followed me in every aisle I felt so uncomfortable I walked out I didn’t even get to see the wigs they had in the back. Very disappointed the funny thing is I was the only one in the store at the time of my visit. She could of just stared at me from a far. I understand you don’t want nobody stealing but I was the only person there!!! I wanted to buy something and you didn’t even let me because the way you followed me and made me feel like I was doing something wrong. I’ll go back one day. Until then it’s a no for me....

Called asking if I can do a refund for a products I bought a day before, I had accidentally thrown my receipt, employee told me no refunds unless I had the receipt, I ended up going through the trash and finding my receipt, I came in the store tried getting my refund for two of the products that didn’t work, I had my receipt and they said they don’t do refunds just store credit, only got store credit for one and not the other because it was open, both of the products were open so it made no sense why one was eligible but the other wasn’t, won’t be shopping here ever again, refund policy is trash, employees and products...
