The Goods: This Dog park sits on the tail edge of the park in the back closer to the dead end street and the very open meadows in the rear of this small park. It's very secluded and quiet which makes sense in design and functionality. There is a water fountain for the pups at the entrance and there's enough space for your pooch to run around. Seating areas make it easy for dog owners to relax while there pup runs free in visible site.
The Ugly: There's usually no more than 4 dogs in this park for whatever reason. The location and functionality of this park doesn't do it much service because most people in the area (which have tons of dog owners) don't know that it's there or the fact most folks keep their dogs chained up, gated up, front yard alarm systems but little dog to dog interaction . There's the sandy dusty part which in a sense is an understandable option but it gets messy and a lot goes in areas we don't want sand...
Read moreBest dog park in the area and not really crowded at all... It is a nice little local park to walk the dog or have a little picnic... Police are usually there to keep an eye on things and not too many homeless people there... They have occasional events and Two lakes to walk around. Too bad they no longer allow fishing just for fun... not that you can eat the contaminated fish anyway. Overall it is not a bad park but I would rather drive to El Dorado park...

Make sure to bring water for your large dogs. Little space that give out shade, but plenty of open space to play.
