I am a SBO in the area so I really like the new decorum colors for your restaurant I've been coming here for years of course and I like El Pollo Loco however I hate calling the supervisor or complaining to the manager when I'm dis appointed with service. but decided to share my experience for 2day 6/4 3:35pm.Over the years the fast food industry is now a multibillion-dollar industry and it's because it cater's to the current lifestlyse with efficient service and drive-thru. what I'm going to say is I'm sure a lot of people can relate to. Drivethru attitudes for some reason this is my third time at this location, and I know that you change employees that work the window but at this location this is the third time that I encountered whoever works the drive-through to be rude extremely impatient not listening cutting you off getting the order wrong and then just being rude when you get to the window. Their snappy then they'll in your face turn their back toward you hoping that the person don't ask for salt or pepper on an extra condiment I have to wonder why do you guys put people that are not hospitable on the drive-thru window because at the end of the day I hate spending my money if people are going to be nasty with attitudes like that I would much rather say okay you can just cancel the order and that's it! I'll go elsewhere. You should make sure that person is just cordial and hospitable you're taking orders you're dealing with the public but to be rude short constantly cutting you off acting like THEY don't want to serve you! Don't want to be bothered here and it's like that all the time. Read moreSo my husband goes inside to order my food. Says no one greeted nor was there a cashier anywhere, he looked at a sign saying he needed to order on the kiosk. So he did. An elder came a few minutes later and again no one greeted him or said anything. The elder was looking at the menu waiting to order. At the same time my husband order number was called, they put the order on a tray. He told the young lady he ordered to dine out, she insisted on her side it said dine in,he showed her the receipt that says "TAKE OUT" because she seemed so insisted she was right. After seeing the receipt she says oh it must be a glitch in the system🙄 I told my husband if a restaurant is forcing us to order by kiosk do not spend any money there, turn around and leave. Now back to the elder he was still standing waiting to order, my husband thought the young lady would assist him so he didn't say anything but he said as he walked out the door he turned and no one was assisting him. El Pollo Loco prices are higher but you are pushing electronic transactions and no contact with people. Higher prices even with coupons, food quality doesn't match the price hike and people losing jobs is not something I support or anyone should support. Read moreI go to this location all the time, and they ALWAYS! Forget something and it’s the same thing. I always get a burrito and a side order of LARGE chips and my small bag of chips that come with the burrito is ALWAYS missing. It’s frustrating that I need to check my own bag every time to see if it’s correct. Yes, the fix is so easy but they should be checking the ticket. When I went last night, the cashier didn’t greet anybody, I stood by the pick up area to talk to someone and didn’t acknowledge me. When I checked my bag no chips, and I asked for them and he says, “ sure” excuse me? Saying sure is rude, rather than apologizing for HIS mistake. The same staff are always there and it’s never positive. I love El Pollo Loco and get the same thing so hopefully next time I go there, there can be change, and get my order correct. Oh!
