First of all, I really wanna give a shout out to this young women who’s doing it big, honestly her food it’s another level. It’s hard to find a really good authentic Mexican cuisine. I saw her on Instagram and I wanted to give her a try. I didn’t know what to expect. She’s located on Central Avenue in Los Angeles close to el segundo, went there. She had five options which all of them taste great. But I want to emphasize in two guisados, Chicharrón in salsa Verde, and mole poblano de pollo 🍗 . Was really tasty. That chicharrón was super clean, but the winner was the mole poblano with pollo, 🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤😮‍💨😮‍💨😮‍💨 fire he had that smokiness, sweetness and berry reach in favor. With the handmade tortillas. I have been to both the taco stand and sit in restaurant and they are both really good experiences. The food is delicious and the service is friendly. The food here is amazing! Everything always has amazing and authentic Mexican flavors. Also the workers are very nice and have great customer service skills.
