Rideout Playground — Attraction in Concord

This was a pretty intricate playground with a sandbox filled with toys, Swings, a handicap swing, a saucer swing, slides, climbing and balancing equipment, benches, and monkey bars. There's a baseball diamond, and a basketball court.. and across the way there's like an America Ninja Warrior type play area that seems to be a work in progress (but there weren't any signs or fences keeping people out). It had like a spider walk, a rope ladder, a climbing rope, a high-knee rope course, one of those finger grip things that you shuffle across, and a peg bridge. It...

This place is massive! Tennis courts, fields, picnic area, playground, tons of parking, and more!

The cherry blossoms were stunning!

My one complaint was the number of unleashed dogs running on the fields. I would have gone for a walk, but due to being fragile (a friendly dog coming to say hi would and has injured me), I was unable to stay and enjoy the park.

Maybe the town could put up a fenced area so dogs have a contained place to be present and people like me can also enjoy?

We used to love this park but recently there have been a bunch of teenagers playing golf in the open field area. It has been on more than one occasion, and they frequently hit the ball near the playground, putting smaller kids at risk. When approached can be intimidating, and say that it says nothing on the park’s webpage stopping them from playing golf. They are right, so it’s not worth the argument. Hopefully something can be done about this, as we would love to start going back to this park....
