It was a very nice place to take the kids until the rotary club decided only members can using the parking. So even when the parking lot is empty, you have to find parking elsewhere. Even if you are a member, you're not likely to be able to park there because the parking lot is always full of government vehicles and construction trucks. Normally this isn't a big deal with older kids, but if you have younger kids, save your sanity of trying to hold their hand and carry all your belongings and go elsewhere. The water was very fun and my kid thoroughly enjoyed it, unfortunately our time was cut short due to some freak from the courthouse hanging around and trying to bother me and my toddler. Unfortunately, the location for this park is not ideal as it is directly across the street from the courthouse, and There is no way to make sure that potentially dangerous people do not loiter around and wait for small children. I absolutely love this cute local feature in Concord, I just wish it was had a better location, perhaps something like McGee Park. It would be nice if the city could have an expansion of that park to have a water feature or splash pad...
