I cannot speak more highly of the professionalism, personal service, and dedication to happiness than the staff at Ellis Jewelers! My wife had been looking at a particular ring at another jeweler for months prior to our 5 year anniversary and had pretty well settled on it despite its high cost. In an attempt to locate something similar she went to Ellis Jewelers and spoke with Elaina, who was eager to assist her. After speaking with Elaina and showing her pictures of the specific ring she had fell in love with Elaina was able to get a quote from a ring designer which Ellis Jewelers had done business with that could remake the ring for a significantly reduced price. We jumped on the opportunity. Despite our best hopes, the designer was unable to duplicate the ring exactly like the one my wife truly wanted(at no fault of Ellis Jewelers). Again, I put not fault on Ellis Jewelers as they provided the designer with the exact specifications and pictures. In the face of the ring not being perfect the store manager, Dan, and Elaina were very upset and offered to refund our money or put the credit toward a new ring. Both were extremely apologetic and informed us that they did not want my wife to take the ring if she was not 100% satisfied with it. They understood how important this was to my wife and how much of an investment it was. Ultimately, my wife decided to take the refund in hopes of getting the exact ring she had been looking at. Despite the situation, Dan gave my wife a beautiful flower arrangement in congratulations of our anniversary celebration.

While I know this isn't the typical success story/review that most would expect, I wanted to take the time to provide a review based on my experience with the staff of Ellis Jewlers (specifically Elaina and Dan). Their professionalism, personal service, and dedication to making my wife happy are what stood out to me. This kind of service is one that I would hope every business would strive for and will certainly bring us back in the future! I highly recommend Ellis Jewelers if you are looking for a dedicated team which want nothing more than to make you/your significant as happy as possible!! I chose Ellis Jewelers on the recommendation of a friend who'd had a beautiful ring made there. In January, I went in and discussed with Kory the details of a ring design that I had envisioned to celebrate my 20th anniversary. He was very attentive focused on clarifying every detail to get the the ring just right. He created a digital rendition that looked perfect, and the plan was sent off to be made. When I came in to pick it up a few weeks later, it was not quite what we had discussed. Kory was aware that the design and final product were different, and prepared me for that before I came in. We discussed what the jewelry maker misunderstood about the design, and sent it back to try again. The second ring arrived, and was SO CLOSE to what we had discussed, but again with a flaw that wasn't in the design. Both times the ring came back incorrect, Kory assured me we would work to get exactly what I had envisioned. Waiting is never easy for someone as impatient as I am, but Kory was always sincere in his apologies for the time it was taking to get the ring made. My experience with Ellis was fantastic, even though the process was longer than I had expected. Kory never made me feel like I had been forgotten; he kept in touch with updates throughout the process. Today is April 9th, nearly 4 months since my first visit to Ellis, and my ring has finally arrived! Kory was right... it is exactly as I had envisioned it. It's perfect. Quality takes time, and the staff at Ellis Jewelers is dedicated to making sure customers are satisfied with the special pieces they are looking for. No one does it like Ellis. My fiancé and I started our engagement ring journey not knowing anything other than the diamond shape I wanted. With so many options and designs available, it can be easy to become overwhelmed or even discouraged throughout the process. We went to a handful of other stores after our initial meeting with Ellis, but ultimately did not see the same type of diamond quality or personal investment like Ellis offers. Even when they did not have the shape of diamond I wanted, they worked with us to find and acquire superb options within our price range. Kory was exceptionally receptive to everything we had to say and always gave great advice. We ended up creating a custom piece that catches eyes everywhere we go! Our creation process became so educational, as Kory explained every step of the way and taught us little tips and tricks to make my engagement ring truly my own. If we ever had any questions or concerns, Kory was just one text message away. We felt so comfortable talking about exactly what we wanted. He was very patient throughout the process, never pressuring us to make decisions. My ring is VERY detailed and had a lot of work put into it, we are so grateful for Kory and all those at Ellis who made it happen. They partner with a manufacturer to create 3D renderings of what you envision. This is so helpful for those who need a mental picture before committing to a purchase and the actual ring will exceed all expectations.
