Super rude owner. First time there and will not be back. I was super excited about the store when I first went in but when I went to check out the lady who I found out was the owner was SO rude and condescending towards me for no reason. I didn’t know much about the crystals I had picked out and she literally told me at the check out “why are you buying these if you know nothing about them?!” She was super aggressive towards me and talked down to me for not knowing about all the crystals I had picked out. I would expect an employee or at least an OWNER to be friendly and maybe help a new customer to understand. I ended up deciding to not purchase any of the items and to just leave. I told her no thanks and went to walk out and she yelled at me that “if I had something to say to her to turn around and say it to her face”. I have NEVER had such a bad experience in a store. Will never be back, super disappointing. I figured a shop like that would be all about positively but she was extremely negative and condescending.

This place is an absolute gem! I wandered in today and was greeted by the owner, Ed. He was enthusiastically showing me around the store, and pointing out beautiful fossil and crystal specimens while educating me about their origins and properties. He was such a warm, kind person and wasn't pushy at all. Being in his store felt like visiting a family member. He shared some of his personal experiences and wisdom with me. I really enjoyed my conversation with him. This is truly a beautiful shop with many unique gifts. I came home with a beautiful orange quartz, kambaba jasper, and some dried herbs for my chinchillas to snack on. The quality of the items here are top notch, and you can tell Ed really cares about his business and clients. I wish I lived closer, I would visit more often. Good store with a great variety of items. I was not impressed however with the staff. I didn’t feel very welcome and was never asked if I needed help. The girl just stared at me and made me feel uncomfortable. I was ready to check out but the girl was with a customer who came in after me. The girl made eye contact with me but never said “I’ll be with you soon” or anything of the sort. She kept talking to the customer and ignored me. I ended up leaving the item after waiting for a while to be helped. I was disappointed because so many of the items had notes asking that you speak with an employee to get herbs or crystals.
