-The first bite of my breakfast sandwich was ruined by the crunch of an egg shell. This wasn’t the first time!
-MULTIPLE TIMES I have called to place a take out order. They place you on hold and forget about you. After 2 minutes of waiting, I call back and they ironically pick right up to take my order.
-Deli Clerks and Cashiers are not attentive to details. You have to fish for their attention, and when you finally attain it, they are nasty and rush you.
-They screwed up my order multiple times, not including the egg shells.
-They gave me the wrong change multiple times, one of which was without apology.
-They overcharged my credit card once and I had to walk back to get a refund.
-Once in a while you will get lucky with a nice girl/boy who wants you to have a pleasant experience, and still has the ability to work efficiently.
It takes A LOT for me to take the time to actually write a review like this. I always give 5 star reviews to Uber drivers, even if they aren’t superb. I’m a really nice guy. But this is the only review that I have ever written, and I think it’s necessary to highlight the apparent and subtle flaws that undermine a very successful business operation; one that sits on a bustling and lucrative corner in the heart of Conshy.
Ironically, they can actually make great food when they aren’t dropping eggshells in your eggs or giving you smaller sandwiches then you are accustomed to. But if you want a flawless sandwich that is accompanied by awesome service, head up the street to order yourself a Cheesesteak from Masterpiece Grill.

I was VERY disappointed!!
Walked in about 2:30 and had a single (ONE) "diet day off" till Jan 1, so one could call this my "Christmas Dinner". Ordered a Patti Melt and Onion rings and a 1/2 gal of lemonade for this meal I was looking forward to..... You see the results. I was given an Onion Cheeseburger on a Kaiser and 7 rings. This all cost me $17 with an added pickle.
At no time was I informed of the change of the order... At no time was I told that they didn"t have the menu items I requested...
I don't wanna assume, but I think since the order was taken just before closing, and I witnessed the cook asking for butter from the staff, this was done INTENTIONALLY, because they knew there was no way I could say no or change my order..... or even call after I got home with my order because they would be CLOSED!!!
I LITERALLY feel like I was robbed twice. Once for my order, which was tossed in the garbage, then again for the waste of a diet day that I cannot get back EVER AGAIN!!
I will NEVER EVER eat here again!!! PLEASE KEEP THIS REVIEW IN MIND when trying to decide if you are going to patronize this business!!

I don’t normally leave reviews but for this place it’s absolutely warranted…a few weeks back we ordered 2 sandwiches. My girlfriend orders a blt and it has no bacon on it. We go back into the store to just say “hey can u make us a new one or put bacon on the sandwich”…the owner looks at me disgusted and says “I made this sandwich myself…I know I put extra bacon on it” and then proceeds to order the girl at the front to return my money. She accused me of stealing the bacon off of the sandwich…in front of about 6 other customers. It was mortifying. The thing is I never asked for a return, I just wanted the Sandwich to be made correctly. The owner is extremely rude. I spent a lot of money in this place…pretty much 3-4 times a week throughout the entire pandemic. The food was never that great but the employees were cool…minus the owner.
