My experience at this massage spa was incredibly disappointing. I had hoped to treat myself on New Year’s Day and chose this location, but from the moment I walked in, I was put off by an unpleasant odor. When I inquired about it, the receptionist brushed it off, so I decided to overlook it.

When my boyfriend and I finally entered the treatment room, I was taken aback by how rough the therapist was. I found myself repeatedly asking her to ease up. The techniques used were completely different from what I’ve experienced in the past, as I’ve been getting massages regularly for years. Eventually, I had to stop the session entirely because it felt like she was just pushing and pulling at my body without any real skill. At one point, my boyfriend even remarked that she was pinching his skin.

After asking the therapist to shift her focus to my feet instead of my back and shoulders, that too fell short of expectations. Frustrated, I decided to end the session early and waited for my boyfriend to finish. It was his first massage, and afterward, he commented about how underwhelming it was, which only confirmed my own feelings. I had to explain to him that this was not the standard we should expect.

I found them through Groupon and I bought the 60-min Couples Massage with Hot Stone and Eye Patch. When I contacted them to make an appointment, I informed them that it's a gift for my Mom’s birthday and when I tell you they are amazing - THEY ARE AMAZING! They have a room ready for special events and even prepared Happy Birthday as background song for her when she entered the room with my Dad. At first it was a bit difficult trying to understand them but all their staff were friendly and thoughtful. As for the massage, my parents said IT WAS SUPERB! My parents felt so relaxed and the massage therapists did great in focusing on the parts that were tense. My parents can't wait to try again with the foot massage. My wife and I came in for a couples massage today. The facility was very clean with a nice ambiance. We were greeted immediately by the ultra friendly staff and taken into the nicely presented massage room.
