. I wish i could give this store negative 5 stars. ordered 50 dollars worth of pizza and wings, paid for delivery. Once delivered we only receiced a partial order of wings and a standard pepperoni pizza and was missing our epic crust pizza . When calling to have the order rectified the " call center" continued to transfer us to the wrong Papa Johns. Once we receieved the store number from the "call center" and were finally connected to the correct store we were unapoloogetically informed that the epic crust( the more expensive pizza) was not given to the driver and they were waiting for another driver to come to the restaurant to deliver the food. Due to the time we decided to go pick up the pizza our selves ( even though we paid extra for delivery) when we called back to let them know that we were coming to pick up the pizza so it wouldn't be passed on to another driver. The person who answered was rude, unhelpful, short, unprofessional , and not empathetic at all to the the fact that this happpened iand finally sais " thats fine". No compensation nor apology was offered at any stage of the poor excuse for customer resolutions or satisfaction.The worst part is once we arrived to the restaturant we were told that they couldnt give us the pizza because they were paying the delivery company to deliver it.The delivery driver came in the restauranct was given the pizza and he then handed the pizza to us. I never write reviews but this is unnaccpetable and not how you treat customers. Mistakes happen, and this i know, but this is not how you recover or make loyal customers feel valued or appreciated. Read moreI waited 2 weeks to write this review in order to give corporate a chance to make the utter failings of this location right. My family orders from here on a near weekly basis. The last order I made (online) did not arrive for over 2 hours.
I called management, and they refused to give me their name, and became hostile. Meanwhile, in the background, I heard several laughing teens. The unnamed manager told me the food will get there, be patient (again, over 2 hours?). I called customer service, who assured me I would be called back. This still has not happened.
Understaffing is no longer a valid excuse, as we are going on 3 years since COVID. I refuse to pay slightly above average prices for slightly below average pizza. I want a refund.
I see this location specifically has had many similar problems. My recommendation to anyone else who experiences this is to issue a chargeback request with your credit card company if you get scammed as I did. After a few chargebacks, this location will have their card processing suspended. This is the only way to get through to the inept owner of this location. Read moreI placed an online order at 3:30 for pickup at 5pm. I entered the store and wasn't acknowledged. Another customer said that Ms Law wasn't talking to her as well. I had to yell to get Ms. Law the GM to assist me. My pizza wasn't ready as a matter of fact it wasn't even started. The other customer was having the same problem. Ms Law, the General Manager, was the only employee in the store. She couldn't keep up, orders were piling in and customers were entering. When I asked her where the help was she said 'your're not getting your pizza' and told me to leave the store before offering a refund. In the meantime my 83 year old mother was waiting for me to return with dinner. Meanwhile, another customer entered the store and Ms Law said to me that the new customer had patience. Of course she did. She wasn't waiting 25 minutes for a pizza that should've been ready. I was humiliated. My encounter with Ms Law had racial undertones. I left with my refund and no pizza.
