Decent theater. Sound levels have improved over time. Staff is decent and enjoyable to interact with. Screens are decent sized (though they’ve taken the two largest screens and moved them to UDC sound which costs more and is only marginal for sound quality). That removes a star just for lack of options and quality of output versus price. But I will say that it’s decent for what you can get in the area (theater wise).
The only other negative I would say is their seating. While these are reclining chairs and comfortable, they are in bad shape and for the cost of attending a film here they should be in better condition.
I’d love to give these guys a solid 3.5 stars but it wasn’t an option and to be honest they are not exactly a solid 4 with the state of their chairs and the aforementioned sound issues at their “premium” largest screens.
Perhaps this would be a good time to explain the UdC sound. It’s pound but crushes the audio vocabulary for any screens where you want to hear dialog. That’s likely more of a Hollywood issue and less of a theater issue, but the results are still the same. You pay more for a film with muddy dialog or you go see the film with slightly better audio on a much smaller screen.
I will say that I still go here over other theaters though for now. (Roxy has parking issues).
To and on a high note: they do have decent beer and...

Read moreThe new seating is nice. But there is a serious learning curve to their new remodel. The first time we went we didn't know we had to buy tickets online before the show and we got stuck up near the front row. In order to make sure that didn't happen again we order tickets online. I bought what I thought was tickets in the very last row so we would have an awesome view of the movie. However, I ended up in row A which is the very very very front row. Useless position in the theater. You lay back in the seats and ypu're literally looking straight up at the screen. I tried to exchange the seats but the movie was already full according to the theater people. I went online on my phone and tried to access the theater, and even though it said I was going to airport 12 and their movies, it took me all over the state. And I could never get onto the airport 12 site from my phone. Eventually the friends that we were with decided they couldn't handle the ridiculous seating and left. Happy...
