Allure Nails & Spa — Attraction in Wesley Chapel

I heard so many good things about this salon. But sadly I did not have a good experience. I went in for a full set and pedicure. But was not greeted very friendly so I decided to just do my toes since I didn’t feel comfortable. The lady at the front, sat me in the pedicure chair. Didn’t even acknowledge me for awhile, didn’t start my water, anything. After about 5 minutes, she came up to me and asked if I needed anything. I said turning on my water would be nice. I can’t believe the treatment I got from there. And the judgement look she gave me when I told her I just wanted a pedicure.

Now, l just removed my toe polish and I have fungus on my big toe. I have never had a bad reaction to pedicures or nail polish...

My tech was ok, but my nails seems wavy and thin in some places . There was a older lady sitting next to me and her tech was nasty to her . I don't think older lady has been to many nail salons. The tech kept yelling at her to keep her hands in a certain position. The tech had no patience. I am mad at myself for not saying something to that tech and stop yelling at her . The tech seemed like a bully. The older woman probably got a gift certificate for a gift and decided to use it . If it's was her 1st manicure she will never do it again! I later found out that tech is related to the owner. I did have to return for a fill and she had the same attitude. Customer service...

In 20 years of getting nails done, I have never stopped in the middle. First, the station I was at was very dirty, nail polish caked on top of the bottle that were on the desk. Layers of dirt on the lamp, acrylic stuck on the brush being used. The polish from my previous set was not removed completely and could be seen under the new layer. The new design would not cover it. The parts that were lifting from the previous were just covered over instead of filed off. That is how bacteria grows. The acrylic was so uneven from what was stuck to the brush.
