Amy's Hallmark Shop — Attraction in Stuart

First I want to say the staff at this store was very helpful and kind. The product on the other hand not so much. I have purchased recordable books over the years and loved them. This time I was having trouble finding one for my grandchildren to record for their great grandmother that was in hospice. I wanted her to be able to hear their voices reading to her. I asked one of the staff which book they thought and settled on that one. Everything was great as the boys recorded the book until they played it back and the two middle pages didn’t line up with the words on the pages. We tried 4 times and it still did the same thing on the two middle pages. Finally we gave up and took it to their great grandmother anyway. Normally, which is why I went today I love this store HOWEVER I'LL NEVER Shop There Again: PERIOD. WHY?: I purchased $9.83 for 2 cards. I asked if I could use the rest room they said "NO" Its not a public restroom. This was the first time I have ever been in this store. I’m a mid 20s Hispanic woman and was ignored when I walked in and for the 30 minutes I wandered around the store, standing in front of the employees multiple times. Meanwhile, multiple older white women came in and were catered to endlessly and asked multiple questions of if they needed help. I was only enthusiastically spoken to to join their rewards program when I was making my purchase.
