The girl at the drive-thru taking our order was very hateful. I have never given a bad review. But this incident that took place was just unreasonable. She rolled her eyes, when I tried to tell her that I was missing items in my bag she slammed the window on me and basically told me that I was a liar. I went inside none of them have name tags on mind you went inside with my receipt then I noticed that the lady didn't give me my card back either I showed them my receipt and showed them that I was missing two cheese rolls two spicy potato soft tacos and a chalupa she was very very ignorant rolled her eyes huffed and puffed I never once raised my boys I kindly asked her and said to her ma'am I'm just wanting my food that's it she tried to tell me that the food was in there I literally went through her drive-thru said something at the drive-thru went inside and said something I will not be back here they did finally get the orders right after me having to show her my receipt two other times to tell her there is a total of five tacos missing I don't know what's going on with this place but it has totally went downhill y'all need change of management or give these employees a break I don't know whether she was having a bad day or not I try to give her the benefit of the doubt and I thanked her for fixing my order and she didn't even reply to me she gave me a thumbs up and that was it...
Read moreCame here to place an order of a chalupas craving box and came out disappointed. The staff working here has a total lack of awareness and training. She messed up my order the first time, which is fine no harm done I can just fix the order or make a new order. However, upon realizing the error in my order I asked, “where are the nachos?” Promptly I was greeted with a nasty response. I did not necessarily have any quarrel with the individual, yet I will not tolerate any form of disrespect. Instead of going back and forth making her day more difficult, I simply placed my new order. There I met with more nuanced difficulties. The same employee that made the first order behind the counter had difficulty navigating the register; totally fine for a new employee. She had great difficulty remembering my order. She seemed to be under pressure, in other words her supervisor/superior had her nagged to the bone. She finished my order and I am now in the process of waiting for my new order. A young man (employee) later gets to the register and asks everyone if they placed their orders after he just visually stared at all the transactions take place. All this ties down to the lack of communication with each other and that the Customer service needs more attention, nevertheless the food was Taco Bell...
Read moreNot usually one to hop to this conclusion but I thought I'd warn others not to waste their time. I called the day before since the restaurant has posted on their billboard and active signs in store saying they are hiring, and I also applied online.I was told they are doing open interviews tomorrow 2:30-4pm. I show up at 2:40 and ask about the interviews. The cashier walks over to the drive thru window to whom I suppose is the manager interviewer, speaks in Spanish so I don't understand what is being said. The manager leans over looks at me and leans back behind the wall. The cashier walks back and says sorry she isn't feeling good she's about to go home she isn't doing any interviews. Nothing else is said, no taking of my number or hey I apologize I'm doing interviews tomorrow you can show up then. The manager never even address me. I guess I didn't fit the bill and wasn't worth their time. For a business advertising that they desperately need workers. Please don't waste you time unless of course...
