Panera Bread — Restaurant in Florida

This place is amazing! There were these 4 employees who really do deserve a lot of attention for such great work ethic! Not only did these four have a great work ethic, they all knew how to have fun while staying on track and getting orders out! You had this sweet young girl named Isabelle bagging the orders, she was super sweet and a smile never left her face! We had the sweet young man take my order in Bakery (I believe his name was Quincy) He was super funny and his smile was so charming! Quincy was a huge help when it came to listing items and even telling me what a YOU PICK 2 is! after Isabelle and Quincy you had another sweet young lady who pointed the restroom out to me! I'm a bit older and my back is pretty bad so being informed where the bathroom was made it a quick and easy trip, thanks Skylar! And last but not least I was asking another young lady about the Decaf coffee and she brewed it for me in less than 10 minutes! Janet is my coffee super hero! Thank you all so much for the kind gestures, will be here again! Not to mention the management was amazing and kind as well! Associate were all trained nicely and they know what they are talking about! You have earned a loyal...

This location is the best, friendly customers and staff. Great pasties & the coffee is always on the hour, the service is quick and highly suffecnt. During lunch, I understand that things can get a little hectic, but I don't mind waiting because they have the best scenery. It's almost as if it's an everyday oasis. & I love to here the saying " Hot Bread" because then I know the bread is coming straight form the oven . Most people give the staff hell because they might run out of items such as bread bowls, or even baguettes, or the bread that there sand which comes on. It's not there fault that they ran out of supplies for the evening. It's an business, what did you expect ? And yeah there might be an few mistakes with some orders, but they try. & honestly that's all that really matters. I love this location, I'm here...

Update: if you are dining in, great convenient location. DO NOT GET Rapid pick up or drive thru!! Disaster every time.

Finally had to call corporate. Won't be back.

The order is always wrong or a mess: wrong souffle, wrong bagel, Missing items, everything bagel turned upside on top of souffle, sandwich missing items (not a special order). These are all different orders and days and just some of the examples.

I tried to call and speak to the manager And Evelyn laughed at me and put me on hold. Then she picked up phone and hung up. Every time I called back, she'd hang it up straightaway. Tried 3 more times, hung up on. Called from a different number, got straight through. Just was trying to get the correct souffle prior to them being sold out!

Never again!
