So far, I've gotten a bid and had my kitchen measured two weeks ago for quartz (Cambria) countertops. I decided to go with Atlanta Kitchen because they said they could do something that other folks didn't say that could do (need some "moulding" to go around a tile mural behind the stove). I put down a deposit 7 days ago. So far they (CB) are not too good at communicating what is going on (I'm often told that they will get back to me later in the day, but that turns out not to be the case). Last week I was told I'd get an install date yesterday, and that this Friday was likely.
However I'm hopeful that they will do a good job. If it turns out well in a reasonable timeframe, I'll revise my rating up to the 4 or 5 stars. I'll definitely post pix.
Update: the island was installed 3.5 weeks after being measured, and the perimeter was installed 4 weeks after being measured. There was a problem with the space for the stove being too tight, which they fixed within a couple of days.
They still have provided NO information on the moulding to go around the mural. I've left numerous messages for my "sales rep (CB)." When I occasionally reach him, he is always getting ready to check on that in the next few hours.

Read moreThis place is terrible - beware. I had a granite countertop installed and the entire thing was to cost $1,075.91. The day the salesman came by to give a quote, I paid the required 1/2 deposit of $537.96. Then shortly after the countertop was installed, the company used my credit card information (without my consent) to charge my card for the entire $1,075.91. After I emailed the salesman about the mistake, they refunded the overage and apologized that they had no record I had paid the deposit. A few months later, I received another invoice for $537.96 and I mailed a letter back to them saying that I owed them nothing. They later proceeded to use my credit card information, yet again without my authorization, to charge my card $537.96. The same day, the salesman himself called, wanting to know how I was going to pay my outstanding balance. This company has a horrible accounting system and treated me like I was somehow wrong when they were 100% at fault. I would never use this...
Read moreAtlanta Kitchen did an excellent job on our solid surface countertops. Chad went out of his way to accommodate our requests. We had Corian countertops with integrated Corian sinks in our old kitchen. The old main kitchen sink, which we really like, was no longer available and was still in great shape. We could not find a new solid surface kitchen sink we liked, so I asked Chad if we could reuse the old sinks. Atlanta Kitchen was the only solid surface fabricator that would accommodate our request. I cut the sinks out of the old counter tops and Atlanta Kitchens incorporated them in the new counter tops. They look brand new. We are very pleased with...
