On Saturday March 20th I called concerning a riding lawnmower oil filter. A young man answered the call and proceeded to help me. I gave him the model number of the lawnmower but could not give him the number on the old oil filter due to how it was positioned in my garage. He asked if I could bring in the filter but I had not started draining the oil as of yet so I explained I couldn’t. He told me he found the filter and it will be waiting. When I got to the store I had to look at a couple other things and had not said I was here for the filter yet. I then over hear this employee whom I had talked with talking to other employees out loud with other customers in the store about his conversation with me on the phone. He was demeaning and condescending as he told the other co workers about our conversation. I then spoke up to let them know it was me who he had spoken with and immediately his tone changed. I own a retail business and it is an unspoken rule in our store that we do not discuss store guests in any manner with other store guest present. The older lady in there told the customer before me he could take their machine out to his car and do it himself and bring it back in and she would put it on their computer! Then I was just asking where my fuse box in but she cut me off saying we can’t tell you what fuses are what we … I cut her off and just said could you tell me where on my car is the fuse box she said to read my owners manual! The WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! You used to be able to come in and they were so helpful but now it is hands off don’t know and read your manual! Read moreChino was my lifesaver today. My battery died on me after a 30 minute drive into town. After being jumped off twice I came to conclusion that I must have a dead cell battery. I called and spoke to chino who informed me that my battery was still covered by warranty. He was about to leave for the day but he stayed 20 minutes after his shift had ended (and off the clock) to swap out my battery. I’ve moved to Woodleaf but I will forever make the drive to this particular store for the simple fact that they care enough to stay and make sure the job is done right.
