Bay Bounce — Attraction in Largo

Professional, communicative, on time arrival! Bay Bounce will be our forever bounce house rental company. They are very communicative during the whole process which is wonderful when you're planning a party. They gave us updates and we never had a worry if they were going to show up or not like so many other companies we used in the past. They make it very easy to make a payment. They showed up well before the party start time. They were fast and efficient. The bounce house was very clean. We live in Palm Harbor and have other bounce companies closer to us but we will use Bay Bounce from now on. Thank you for making my little girls birthday party the event of the year!

We had an unfortunate sickness make it's way through our house and had to reschedule a 7 year olds birthday party twice the day of! As you can imagine it was already difficult to help the 7 year old and her friends understand rescheduling let alone all the decorations hung, food prepared that would now spoil and need to be redone, but then I also had a bounce house booked I now needed to reschedule and I was worried what might happen. But I was so relieved and so elated at how pleasant, understanding and just kind this company was. They wished us wellness and rescheduled us with no other questions and nothing but compassion. We have used this company many times in the past and every time they have been nothing but courteous, timely and professional, now in a time of need they were all of the above and more. Reserved the bounce house for our daughter's birthday party well in advance on a "preorder" Frozen bounce house. We received follow-up calls prior to the actual date of our party for confirmation and time of drop-off of the bounce house. Day of the party, driver aarived on time. He was clean cut and very easy to work with. Setup of the bounce house took maybe 10 minutes most? I was busy grilling so not sure, but it was defeinitely quick. The bounce house itself appeared to be brand new and the generator had zero problems. Instructions by the driver were concise and pickup at the end of the party occured on time.
