The worst beauty exchange is the one on west colonial dr. The staff is nasty. I went into the store one day and spent $70 in all. I was there for a while and happened to misplace my car key by the wig section. Now I was the ONLY person in the wig section the whole time I was there including the rude employees behind the counter. After my purchase I realized my key was missing so I went to the staff and MANAGER & they acted like they just couldnāt help me. Employees were making rude remarks basically letting me know it was my issue and I needed to fix the issue myself. Due to the fact I just spent my money in the store I was HIGHLY pissed off that everyone was acting so nasty towards me including the manager. I had a very strong feeling an employee took it and I may have been right because my key was then found at ANOTHER store close by that I did NOT go to.. No one was willing to help me look, nothing š¤·š¾āāļø Iāve always complained about the female employees not having any manners or customer service but that experience definitely topped the cake for me. To set the scene, I went out on an emergency run (after work) to get extra packs of hair for my fiancee. I live over 45 minutes from this location. I have been to several different hair supply stores. Some of those stores are unorganized tornadoes of random stuff, dirty, scary, feature homeless people on the exterior, and nobody cares about you as a customer. This store is amazing! As I walk through the door, I had a lovely lady named Deandra greet me. the store is spotless, has glass cases everywhere, the place looks immaculate. My fiancee is very particular about her hair and chooses only particular brands and types of hair. So, I decided to video chat her as I walk through the store. Deandra not only assisted me with shopping, she helped my fiancee (via video chat) by patiently going through each and every item. My experience was amazing! To top it off, the people at the cash register we're awesome too! The lady that helped me with the earrings was an A+ star in customer service. And Deandra was the MVP of the night.
