I would give 0 stars if it was allowed. I go to wash car often when l am en route to work or from work l do not live nearby or in the area. I used to have the plan they sell auto pay monthly but cancelled due to having more than one car and living far away. They have 2 lanes to collect pay for your wash l was happy with paying cash as when l pay with my card they charge $1 extra. My experience every time l try to wash they try to sell the plan to auto collect from my card and l told them it does not work for me. Yesterday coming from work stop to wash and ask for my regular wash of $17 and the attendant ask me to get the plan and l said no. That man kept me hostage badgering me for more than 10 minutes to the point l had to get mad and honking my horn and asking for a manager he informed me HE was the manger. Telling me he do not appreciate my reacting l told him he was harassed me to and caused me to act up. He casually told me l did not have to come there and my wash was now gone up so l told him to take my $20 as l just needed to go. I am coming from work 12 hours shift commuting is an hour and 30mins one way. I most times do not even stop to vacuum and when l got home and look at my car he did not allow the wash as he can give the command to the guy in the tunnel the manager robbed my $20 because he is upset cause he could not force me into buying the plan. I will not allow them to dip into my credit card account l am Leary of them treating me like that manger told me l do not have to come back there anymore that is a big red flag. Two days after driving my brand new Mercedes AMG 63 off the show room floor I take it to this place where Iâve had a membership since they opened without incident until this happened. I sent my new car through the machine and it breaks my rear windshield wiper. After notifying the manager fransua perez who unfortunately was the highest of power working at the business on that day, he came out to try and fix the wiper himself, and ultimately doing MORE DAMAGE than helping. I had to stop him before he completely tore the wiper off. Afterwards he argued with me that the car should still be under warranty and that my dealership should fix it for free, he also told me that If it was too expensive he WOULD NOT pay for the repairs. In total it will cost me $400 to fix the damage, Fransua barely offered to compensate me for half of the total cost to repair the damage caused by THEIR machine. I was also told that I would be refunded for the month that I had already paid for my subscription, and my money was never sent back to my account. This all happened a week ago and Iâm still struggling to receive any kind of compensation. If youâre looking for a place with horrible customer service where itâs obvious that all they want is your money and donât care about the customer then this is the place for you.    Read moreEveryone is always amazing at the cash wash, smiles, waves and even a joke every now and then. Josh and Jim are wonderful always going the extra mile even if nothing is wrong. But when rolling into the wash Bel will change your whole mood. She doesnât smile, when you speak with her, she is very rude (rolls eyes, smacks teeth when asked something she doesnât want to do and just looks like she doesnât want to be present) and will not give you bug spray. Itâs been months with this same attitude, and I dislike coming though the wash when she is present. I spoke with Jim about my issue with her this morning and he apologize and said that he would radio and let her know what to do. The issue was still not corrected and the second time going through the wash was worst because I complained. I get people have bad days, but she has one every day. Jim checked on me once again once out of the wash and when hearing what had happened and that I wanted to cancel my membership. He said can you wait Iâll get the manger so that he can talk with you. So, I waited about 8 mins for Ricardo to come out. I explain to him what was going on and how itâs always an issue with Bel. As well as canceling my membership, he did apologize said he would talk to her, and I appreciate his time.
