BedMart Mattress Superstores — Attraction in Milwaukie

Superb experience shopping at BedMart! We spent a couple of hours shopping at Macys for a new mattress and were struggling to make a decision because nothing felt quite right (too uncomfortable, poor quality, etc). At the recommendation of a friend, we stopped by BedMart on the way home and found our perfect bed within minutes. BedMart has a focused selection of mattresses that they’ve customized, so that each represents the best in its category (no more analysis paralysis like at the large department stores). Jessie helped us understand the differences between the mattresses we were looking at. He gave us great customer service, answered all our questions, didn’t push us at any point and provided us space to chat and think. He also worked with us to stay within our budget and still get everything we needed. We ended up buying a mattress that felt amazing and was such superior quality compared to anything we had tried in other stores, as well as one of their platform stands and cooling mattress covers. Went in to the store after one of those online brands that are so popular these days ended up failing us, and I have to say that the experience was great! We were immediately warmly greeted by Mike, who is extremely knowledgeable and friendly and helped us to understand more about the complex world of mattresses. We felt very comfortable trying out the different beds and asking questions, there was no pressure and we ended up leaving with something that we think is a much better fit than our Nectar mattress. And if it turns out to not be the perfect fit then their great 120 day guarantee has us covered! I know it seems much easier these days to just order online and not have to deal with going in to a store and actually talking to people, but I’ve got to say it’s a much better way and you can actually try them out and ask questions and understand what you’re buying. I am taking time to write this review because I had an exceptionally good experience buying a new mattress. We had been mattress shopping for some time and had many different sales people at several shops, but our experience at Bedmart with Liz was superior to all others in many ways. We were so impressed with her, she was super knowledgeable, we had her undivided attention and she was very patient with all of our questions. I actually enjoyed her company, she was friendly and funny and did not pressure us at all. Her co-worker Bernard was great as well.
