If I could rate it negative I would. When I initially called to inquire they told me they had availability the day and time I wanted, ok perfect. They quoted me $500 for 3 hours with a $75 deposit. Ok cool.
I asked about outside food and drink per my child has allergies. They said cake , cupcakes, fruit and veggies were ok. They provide pizza and wings. And drinks, no closed cups or containers. Ok cool. I said we would bring plates and cups (no lids) as I got them custom made . They said that was fine Said a piñata was ok as long as it was cleaned up and there was no confetti. Ok cool . Large candy it is, and well clean up.
2 days before they call to confirm All of a sudden I can’t bring cups even tho I was told before hand I could. They couldn’t give me a valid reason and after speaking to a few staff members they kept giving me the runaround. “Oh no it’s considered a beverage”
They literally give you 10 kiddie size cups ONLY
Than they said no piñatas . Excuse me? I already had one made and filled up as it was 10 kids attending They would not budge on that, and they would not give me a valid reason for changing response.
Everybody on the phone seemed lost and confused as to what was going on.
Then they also informed us that we only had 15 minutes before to decorate. Seriously? I called to see if if we could come in a little earlier as 15 minutes is unrealistic to decorate. They said we had to go 30 minutes early to see if the room was ready, even though they didn’t know what room would be in.
Out room was dirty and had someone else’s decorations in it. Our host was completely clueless and we had to order our food right away as to having it after the kids played. Because feeding kids before playing could make them sick? They wouldn’t budge on the time and our “hostess” came back 5 times to Check our food order which was 2 pizzas and tenders
The food was DISGUSTING LIKE HORRIBLE tasted like frozen but covered in grease. The tenders were burnt outside but cold inside.
Our hostess was clueless and not very attentive to our party. The manager or Thalia or whoever came in to check on us once and she had an attitude
After said “party was done” several kids were itching and coughing.

Read moreMixed review here. The place is quite large with about 10 or so bounce houses. Also there are 100 or so places for the adults to sit. Not that you'd want to sit as the children go largely unsupervised by the mostly teenage staff. Luckily, most parents are responsible for their own children making playtime a 2-way experience. Our trip however, included an unsupervised , cookie covered, 3yr old that seemed to enjoy punching on my 4yr old. His parent was beached 4 feet away from the refillable soda machine happily enjoying the free cable (yes, an empty cup is $1.79, 10 cents more than a water, BUT, you get free refills from the soda machine). Turns out she had two more unsupervised kids, an emo pre-teen who obviously didn't want to be there and a maybe 5yr old who, surprisingly, played nicely with others. The snack shack they have appears to have quite a menu, I never saw anyone eating there, aside from the cookie monster following us around. There is a massive amount of unused floorspace which brings me to the actual worst part of my review. As much fun as we had with our own kids (which was better than most other playplaces we've been too), I can easily and unfortunately tell you that it would be very easy for an unsupervised tag-a-long, like we had, to be hurt, hurt others or even taken. The staff puts a typical strap around your kids arm but there is no identifier or matching system in place. And that "parent", glued to the cooking network, would have never known till it was too late. EVEN WORSE THOUGH... the front door and stranger danger are not the only problems. The DOOR to the unmanned kitchen, with all their ovens and what not, stays propped open. AND... there was a rear set of double doors, propped wide open, which lead to... storage and some type of MACHINERY. WOW... and keeping my speed demons out of all those places can be a challenge in a place where there is so much to explore and balls rolling all over the place. I know this review is a bit harsh, but I'm sure a couple of lawsuits will straighten them out. Will we go there again? Most likely, yes. For $10, the place is clean fun and spacious. Should you go? If you are one of those eyes on the kids at all times (like us), then yes, you'll have a blast. If you are the type of parent who'd rather watch TV and let your kid run amok, then stay home and save your money for some more 2-liters...
Read moreI have been here many times and like this place. It's very clean and my kids love it. A good place to take ur kids for playtime. However as far as private party, not the best experience. I was very disappointed. First of when i walked in I didn't feel welcome, my guest also mentioned the bad attitudes they experience with the girls up front. I was there 20 mins after I had arrive waiting for an attendant to walk me through the plan of the party, but no one. So I finally came up to ask when will the food arrived and then to be told "we don't start anything until you pay." Wow, I have hosted parties at places like pump it up, kangomoo and Chuck E. Cheese and was never told that. These places we had an attendant assist us from the beginning to the end which made the experience stress free and we paid at the end. Not here, u had to pay up first. The girls made me feel I was a bother to them when I had questions or an issues. I felt they were getting more business out of me then me getting a friendly customer service that was there to help my guest and I have a good time. They told me I couldn't bring any outside containers when I asked about bringing in food or water bottles in the beginning. Ok I get that, some places are like that. But with the package we paid for only came with the cups for the kids that's was included. So I asked for more cups for the adults. The AC was broken that day, they had fans on every where, and it was a hit day so I wanted to make sure my guest stayed hydrated. So to get cups they were charging $1.29 (approx I can't remember I think it was more) for 1 cup each. So I asked if I can jus buy my own, they said no we had to purchase their cups which is part of their policy, the "no outside containers." Didn't think cups were part of that policy, I thought it's was only regarding food due to infection control. So that def racked up the cost. I had pulled one attendant to the side politely expressing the experience I was having & just bad vibes I'm getting from staff and her responds is I'm sorry we are jus under staff. Well I did pay for this private party and I may add it was not cheap for what we got out of it. Again it's a great place to take your kids to play but not a good place for private party. Don't do any private party here, I feel You can get a better experience at other places like pump it up,...
