Panda Express — Restaurant in Enterprise

I drove past two Panda Express locations to go to this one with a drive thru. I ordered my food and was told that they needed 6 minutes to make the chicken with green beans. I was asked to park to the side and they would bring the food out. I sat with my vehicle running for 11 minutes as it was 112 degrees and I had my three year old granddaughter asleep in her car seat. I watched as my temperature gauge went higher and decided to drive around and watch for someone to come out. Nobody ever came so I went back through the drive thru . There had only been a few cars go through while I waited but nobody ever came out with food. At this point it had been 14 minutes. The girl that had taken my order and asked me to wait told me they were just starting to make the chicken and green beans that she said would take 6 minutes. She then told me that they had a big order and gave them to the other customer. I was livid that I was made to wait that long for nothing. I would have chosen something else before I sat in my overheating vehicle . I doubt I will be dumb enough to drive as far as I did to come to this...

It was very busy, as I expected at lunch time, so I was patient as were the other customers, probably because we all witnessed what awesome teamwork the entire staff at 🐼 Panda was working like a well oiled machine in an extraordinary effort to help the customers in a most efficient & expedited manner in the drive-through as well as the dining room which i might add was very clean. The restroom was clean & stocked. By the way, the food was awesome 👌 as always. A little pricey, but worth the freshness & quality. Orange chicken & teriyaki chicken were 😋 yummy. I just had to compliment the Manager. It was a must. His name was Ivan. He took care of the "lunch-rush" like a professional. I will definitely be a happy 😊 returning customer, especially to this location. Managers seem to always here the bad, but I hope this comment is read & makes their day.!! Hi, this review is not regarding an order I placed. This is regarding an experience I had with the hiring manager Sheena (not sure if I spelled it correctly). I interviewed with Gabriel and then he passed me along to Sheena for an interview. She was the rudest interviewer and person I have ever encountered. She was very verbally aggressive and treated me like I was in a police interrogation when she doesn't even know me. I applied to Panda Express because I thought Panda Express was a place that valued people and treated people right. Is the way she treated me a reflection of how Panda Express really treats people? This is not someone who should be in a leadership position or someone who should be representing a business that claims in their mission statement that they want to better people's lives. I contacted Panda Express HR with this matter so they are aware of the type of person they have in leadership. Thank God I dodged a bullet. I wouldn't want to for work for...
