Brianna's Home Furnishings — Attraction in Ceres

We started looking for furniture a couple weeks ago and came across Liz furniture in Modesto on ninth street we went and found the set that we wanted got approved through the company was told that we could pick up the furniture on Saturday when we went on Friday we found out that they sold the furniture that we wanted and said the extra ones they have in their warehouse was damaged and that they wouldn’t be able to order us another set for another week. We were very upset that we already signed the papers for this furniture and that someone came in and bought this furniture with cash, So we decided to look elsewhere we looked at two other places until we found Brianna’s home furnishings and I’m so thankful that we found them they were welcoming, polite, very helpful, and very patient. Their prices were amazing there furniture is beautiful and we were able to get our furniture delivered on Saturday I definitely will be going back to buy everything else that we need for our home and highly recommend this company. the gentleman that helped us that day was Carlos and he was very helpful and kind. Very BAD service we paid a lot of money for a very expensive table and 8 chairs, They did not get delivered when they were supposed to one of the chairs came out defective the armrest was broken one of the legs from the bottom to not have to screws in it we called to let them know, personally spoke with someone they said to take a picture and send it in we did, a week and a half passed we didn't hear anything until I called them and they said I had to take the broken chair back before they're able to receive a new one which we were not told at the beginning when we let them know that it was defective person did not pick it up on the day he was supposed to he picked it up to days later another week and a half went by no phone call until I went in there and spoke with somebody they said the chair was in the warehouse they were supposed to deliver it the next day which was on a Saturday today is a Tuesday and they have not delivered it no phone call I call and nobody answers or...

I wish I could give this place 100 stars! From the start the guys here were very friendly and helpful! Carlos especially was VERY patient with me, even after it took me about 2-3 hours just to pick a bed. He never rushed me, he never acted irritated at all. In fact, he helped me look through different catalogs and websites to help me find something I would be happy with! I’ve never been to another place that goes that- they usually walk away and just say to tell them when you’re ready. I was already nervous because I thought, never in a million years will I get approved, but I was and I ended up getting exactly what I wanted at a very good price. Even my mom, who is a very picky woman, says she’s going back to buy a bedroom set from Carlos as well. His friendliness and professionalism definitely make him a great person to do...
