Cascades Marketplace — Attraction in Sterling

This a beautifully constructed community shopping center, which houses several hidden gems…including a local pizzeria, friendly neighborhood grocery store, healthy shake shop, delicious locally sourced restaurant, and lovely salon suite for all your beauty and wellness needs. This plaza is currently under construction, so there is a large amount of vacant spaces and there are not any community focused events held within the center, which is why I’m only leaving a 4-star. Visited few restaurants, will not name them here, but they were supposed to be up scale. Nothing much to be expected when the salaries have been frozen for the wait staff for 60 years now. everyone is working for tips only. and plenty of order takers but no one wants to serve. ( at least not from the hearth) You will notice that when after you pay the bill, the server is not coming back to the table or around you, and will not care if you want to say thank you or goodbye. Apparently that's why they are sharing the tips with the hostess and that's her job to say hello and goodbye....

Cascades Marketplace is on its way back!!! I love that Parcel Plus, Giant, starbucks, Home Depot, and the barber are mainstays. They have kept people coming even during slower times. Now, they've repainted everything and added Taco Bamba and other new, great businesses. It's coming back! I hope they make it more walkable, too.
