I have mixed reviews of this service.I had today. The young lady behind the counter that helped me was very nice and sweet. I ordered a frozen drink and she gave me a hot one but changed it with no problem. However, the other lady that was working there had an additude problem. She was very unfriendly and down right rude. I think she was either the owner or manager because I also heard her be rude to the young guy that was working there abt some trash issue. She spoke to him in a very condescending way which was extremely rude. I was waiting in line and this white dude walked in and went to the counter before me and saw me standing there. I even said twice that I was next but he still proceeded to put his ordering in. The lady helped him which pissed me off because it made me late for work. I have not had any good experiences in this franchise except for the one in brambleton where I live. I will never be coming back again to any location. What another wonderful visit to Paris Baguette but this time in Sterling! The atmosphere strikes the perfect balance between cozy and chic, great for a quick stop or a relaxed outing with family for sweet and savory deserts and drinks. Everything we tried was fresh and absolutely delicious. The baked goods are incredible, and the drinks are both fun and flavorful. We tired the Strawberry Lemonade Refresher and Iced Pistachio Latte. They were a hit! I would definitely reccomend having the Paris Baguette app. if your a Regular like me, You'll get Points from your purchases and it puts your name on the order, so when your drinks are ready they will call you by your name instead of the type of drink. That definitely helps when they are busy. The café itself is super clean, and the staff were so kind and attentive, they truly made us feel welcome.
