The employees at this store are disrespectful and have a nasty attitude to people they don’t like. I usually order the same smoothie with a different juice flavor and they have a problem doing that during happy hour. I was trying to understand how that affects them since I am only just switching flavors, not adding anything. They told me that I was not allowed to do that without giving me a valid reason, instead they would get mad and refused to give me the other juice. They act like they own the store and not willing to make customers feel satisfied and give me an angry attitude when I demanded the other juice. I am spanish and so are most of the employees that I have been having issues with, they treat their own people poorly and when white people specially man come there their attitude is kind and friendly, this is very sad to be treated badly by your own race. For my last order they started to make online orders that came after mine, I asked them to please make my order since it was next and it was taking so long and they refused and told me not to come back or go somewhere if I could not wait and they were going to do it in the time they wished. They lost me as a customer I will never come back there to spend my money. We all deserve respect I wish they have a camera so the owners see how they treat their clients. They never greet people, never smile and ask you not to come back if they don’t like you. Worst customer...
Read moreIt was my first time at Robeks Fresh Juices & Smoothies. The facility is located in Sterling's Cascades Market Place. Well, I will say I was impressed. First, the restaurant is located in a high volume traffic area - meaning the Cascades Market Place has businesses that are a high volume of customers, who either choose Starbucks or Robeks for coffee or juices. Robeks has the juice market cornered in this area, I think. I say this because the facility is very small, like a shake shack, but what they lack in size, they make up in atmosphere. Eileen was the supervisor in charge who helped prepare my drinks and food. The wellness shot made with ginger, cayenne pepper, and lemon was ridiculously flavorful and good. The pepper flakes made the drink memorable. I ordered the avocado, and the hardboiled egg on toast was good, too, but the Himalayan punk salt was too salty. If you order this, I would recommend light salt because the salt has strength. Overall, I was glad I stopped here for a healthy drink and meal. I recommend Robeks as a healthy choice juice alternative to coffee; however, be aware that it's pricy, but worth the splurge. Keep in mind that we need to be health consistent these days, and Robeks is...
Read moreI ordered an Evergreen juice today and while I waited I decided to watch the person juice the fruit. I looked down into the containers that hold the fruits and vegetables and noticed that the cucumbers were covered in mold. After pointing this out to the people behind the counter one of the girls processed to tell me she checked and the ones in my juice were fine. Then another worker grabbed the cucumbers from the top of the container and started to throw them out. Leaving a few in the bottom, I noticed the container also had mold growing on the side. The cashier then asked the girl throwing them away "should we get rid of all of them?" the fact that none of the employees realized the huge health concern here horrified me. I was asked if I wanted to keep the juice, get a new juice, or a refund. I accepted the refund and walked out.
I normally don't write negative reviews however, I am 8 months pregnant and was almost served juice that had been contaminated by mold. I would suggest better training of all employees who handle the food in this establishment. This type of thing could cause someone to...
