On Wed. I set up an appointment online to see a banker at this location. I wanted to open a LLC business account. It should be noted that I already have a business account here as a sole proprietor. My appointment was scheduled for 9:30am. The security guard escorted me in a vacant office to be seated. I did not realize that the computer was supposed to have provided a banker's name which it didn't. I set there for 30 mins. and not one person asked if I needed help. A young lady passed by me and I stop and informed her that I had an appointment. Because I did not have a name I was asked if I wanted to schedule another appointment. I personally thought this was rediculous. There were several bankers there and only one customer in an office. Since I was already there, why would I have to make another appointment? Read moreWent to this bank on a Saturday,, my bank is closed. The teller advise me she has to verify the check. That is completely fine. What is not OK, is putting my check down next to her and help FOUR other customers. Then she stamped the bank of my check so I was suppose to wait on this individual who obviously do not value customers time. When I first approached the teller she took about 10 to 15 seconds to acknowledge me, because she was too busy checking her nails or fingers, I really don’t know what she was actually doing to be truthful.. I understand that businesses tend to deal with people depending on the neighborhood. And that is a very rough neighborhood, but not everyone lives or is from that neighborhood, I live 300 miles from there.. Read moreI had scheduled a call online for 2/16/2023 at 9:30 with Sher Samaroo, requesting that my office number be called instead of my cell because I get poor reception on my cell at my desk. At 9:22 she called my cell (which did not even ring) and left a voice mail saying she was confirming our call for 9:30 (in 8 minutes???) and to call her back at the number she called from. I called her back at that number and no one would ever answer it. I called it at least ten times and texted. I also called the Pine Hills Branch, which is where she stated she was calling from, and no one would ever answer the phone. Once you got through all the "press 1 for..., press 2 for..." and listened to a spiel about 1099s, it, too, would just ring and ring, then finally the robot came on and cheerfully announced they were assisting other customers and to try my call later, BYYYYYEEEE!
