I work for a company and I was trying to purchase about 200ft of cable. I asked how we could make a payment if I do not have a company card. The salesman accused me of fraud immediately and refused to give me a payment option. He began explaining how people do fraud in a bunch of ways. I replied that I understand that but it has nothing to do with me, I could make a check, I could make an online payment, I could do a credit card authorization form. Whatever is needed, just tell me what you need and I will make it happen. The man told me in Spanish that I am poorly educated and he refuses to sell me anything and hung up on me. Honestly, I understand that there is fraud that happens but I am a customer asking to payment options and the response I got was in the form of a insult and disrespect. Went to another place where they sent the invoice and payment link in email to my company and they got paid and I got my material....
