As others have said, this place is DISORGANIZED. My tip: Order through Popeyes mobile app for special discounted offers but do it when ordering at the restaurant either by drive-thru or with the cashier inside the restaurant, because they are so DISORGANIZED with mobile orders for takeout. NOTE: mobile orders placed for takeout CANNOT be picked up at drive-thru as I found out after waiting about 6 minutes in the drive-thru line and another 3 minutes to get out of it. Inside the restaurant, you have to line up at the cash register to "check in" (because apparently checking in with the mobile app doesn't mean anything at this location). A fight almost started because there were people waiting to pick up their mobile orders for takeout and didn't know about this check in procedure. So you have mobile order #12 picking up their order before mobile order #5 or #6 who have been standing there waiting for at least 20 minutes! And then when a staff finally tells people to stand in line to check in for mobile order pickups you then have other people walking into the restaurant afterwards just saunter up to the counter past other people waiting in line and those people get immediate attention instead of the ones in line. DISORGANIZED. Finally when it was my turn to "check in" at the cash register after another minimum 15 minutes in line, the staff couldn't find my order in their system! They look for it by name, not by order number, and because there was another customer with my name while I was waiting for my order I suspect they gave her my order or took it off their order screen when they gave her her order. Just DISORGANIZED. So the staff packs my order ON THE SPOT! To think all the time I could've saved by knowing all of this. As for the food, it turned out to be a tiny bit on the salty side and not juicy. I usually eat at Popeye's in Pembroke Pines and have always loved the crispy and juicy chicken from that location, and the quality is always the same no matter the time or day of the week, however, the quality at this location is not up to par with the other well-established locations. After all, this location has only been opened for a few months and now there's COVID-19 pandemic going on. I would wait until things get more settled and established before trying this...
Read moreSeriously disappointing, the only reason I give it a star at all is because the decor and ambiance it has inside is nice. It is a clean place especially now in covid. But onto the negative.
To start off when I entered the place with 3 other family members after a busy morning, the first thing I noticed were awkward customers and co-workers as a group of the staff were having a heated argument completely ignoring whoever was trying to order.
This in turn was proceeded by the worker who was taking the order to have a serious attitude towards anyone who asked for anything that required her to press her fingers on the computer infront of her to complete the order. UNPROFESSIONAL.
The order took maybe 20 or so minutes to get to us which should already tell you enough about this "fast food" place. When it did get to us however we were missing food items and drinks, which we respectfully pointed out which in turn was met with attitude from the person who took our order. Again seriously UNPROFESSIONAL.
As for the food itself I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich and ill tell you right now it was anything but that. Not spicy, and barely a chicken sandwich. The others order the chicken tenders and wings with mashed potatoes and fries.
All of our chicken was bland and unsavory lacking any sort of taste and rather having more grease than flavor it was only the beginning of the worst. The mashed potatoes tasted terrible and was wet with some other form of liquid or grease from what I can only assume was the chicken or at least I hope. Soggy fries and mediocre sauces tied the knot on this terrible experience...

Miraculously the drive-thru was actually open. There had been times where it’s been blocked off with cones and you have to get off only to have to wait 30-45 minutes just to get your order. This time, there was no hold. I got my order and food rather fast. I was hoping that it was due to a new staff possibly?
Once I got home to eat my food I noticed that the chicken sandwiches (all 4 that I ordered) looked like they were taken out of the trash! They were squished in, with a bunch of old Mayo splattered all over. They didn’t even add pickles! I was infuriated because I rarely make the long drive just to specifically eat their chicken sandwich. Their chicken is almost always good. That’s why I’ve put up with their slow customer service in the past.
Now their food is also lacking so that was my last straw. Especially when they highered the price of the chicken sandwiches from $3.99 to $4.49. And you’re going to serve me that??? Does that look appetizing in the slightest? I also ordered large fries (for $6.49) and I was given a half empty box of stale fries. Are you serious? $26.16 for this?
I’m not sure who is doing the hiring because this seems to be a continuous issue. It’s really affecting their product which is unfortunate because they do have great chicken when it’s done RIGHT! Come on Popeye’s management; get...
