This review is for Coach Outlet store in this mall. The store turned off their commitment board Because they have so many bad review about how rude their employees! My daughter and I were totally offended by the sales there! The sales is about 5’2 tall, black hair, purple eyeshadow, wear black mask. I asked if they can get a bag from the back because the ones on floor all had some scratches on the bottom. She refuse to check from the back asked me to ordered online. I was asking very nicely and she’s very rude! I took my daughter came from 10 am in the morning in the cold day. All other stores opened at the mall open time. They are the only one open at 12pm without any notice online. Then when I talked to the store manager, that sales lady turned her back to me when she saw me! And kept her back to me when I talked to the manager! She’s really rude! I don’t know how can Coach hire someone like this! At last I told the manager that I think that sales should apologize to me because of her attitude. And she still didn’t do anything. The manager in this store definitely not doing good job on training...

I just moved to Frederick and F S Key Mall leaves a lot to be desired so I went with my partner to Clarksburg Outlets when she had to exchange an item. My first impression wasn't. The selection of stores is pretty good but the parking is awful and snow removal was bad too. I'm not sure which parking zone we parked but we only found a spot way out there. No problem. I'll walk it. However, there was no walkway, street crossing painted on the road or anything else that assisted us to cross the mall road safely. We did our best frogger impression and dodged cars. Snow was removed as best as possible from the parking lot but only parts of the walkways, where the shops are, were shoveled, so people pushed past people waiting in lines to enter stores (2020 Covid protocols y'all) and / or walked in snow, slipping and sliding around. It's a Simon property so they have money. Which is good cause they'll need it for the lawsuits when someone gets hit by a car or slips and falls. I'll go back once more...in the summer. I want to see how they make it an adventure when the...
