I look forward to updating this review after I return to see what items are accepted for resale. I'm currently rating this establishment with 2 stars for these 6 following reasons. Very clean👍🏿 Well organized👍🏿 Located in a one-stop shop plaza👍🏿 Kylie received my items. I can't ascertain if she is tired, stressed, overworked or irritated but her customer service tone of voice and facial expressions were a tad bit off putting. 👎🏿 No specific maternity section but there is a basket you can shuffle through apparently 👎🏿 I initially walked in here with clothes on hangers and shoes in hand. I was told (by a young lady other than Kylie) that the items MUST be delivered in a bag, basket, or container of some sort so I had to walk back to my car in this amazing hott weather and fold everything and place them in one of my travel bags that I had to empty. I have no problem following the rules😉. I'm currently relocating and passing through and I just entered my 2nd trimester of a high risk pregnancy. When I came back in there was a woman and a man with a dog in the front of the line. The woman had all her belongings on hangers and her items were accepted.👎🏿 EQUALITY IS ESSENTIAL IN 2025. I also noticed that she took photos of her clothing before handing them over. 🙏🏿I took inventory of my items before entering the store b/c I've had other resale stores not return items that they didn't purchase from me. I'm hoping this doesn't happen when I return. I'll update my review after I receive my text notification. I planned on shopping a bit, but the energy and looks were off putting as well. WOW! I’ve been a reseller for a very long time, and having no prior experience in consignment, I was so nervous bringing in my sterling silver gemstone rings and liquidating some clothing. Not only was I SUPER pleasantly surprised at the amount I was able to get for what I brought, but their level of selective buying and careful attention to detail made me feel confident that I was bringing my items to a store that valued quality. I’m probably going to misspell her name, but I think it was mainly Kyra (I’m so sorry if I spelled that wrong,) that I was dealing with. She was SO patient through the whole process, definitely made me feel comfortable, and another young lady gave my youngest daughter a gift! I’ve had nothing but positive interactions with the entire staff, and I called to ask NUMEROUS questions probably at least 15 times between visits. I probably did speak to everyone who works there twice, and everyone was so kind and helpful. I will continue to go through my piles of unsold apparel, shoes, jewelry, and skincare/beauty to keep coming back to support. I feel so satisfied with the offer I got for sample amount of items that I will definitely come back with the rest and hope they like it! Thank you all so much! 🥰🙏💕

Edit to add: it will be a good long while before I can source again, but the pricing, styles, and selection of goods for sale here were all just so stunning and massive and reasonable, so when I CAN source again, I will definitely add Clothes Mentor...

Highly disgusted with the behavior of the owner of this store and their male staff member. Tried to communicate issues with owner over Instagram and they deleted my comment. I then had to call them out on their action in another comment, to which the owner unprofessionally messaged what did the male staff member do to "Upset me". I then responded which you can see in the image attached to find they blocked me and didn't even acknowledge the situation or how they would resolve it. I've heard from several other friends who have been in the store how disappointed they were as well. The staff always seems way too frantic and overwhelmed. They advertised opening back in June but had to push it to July it seems, no doubt due to their lack of organization. It's a real shame as there is so much potential. My husband and I own 2 small businesses in Venice and would never handle situations like this. Not a way to...
