I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a consistent issue I've encountered at various Chipotle locations, which has significantly impacted my dining experience. This matter concerns the method used by your staff to serve meat, an issue that I regret not addressing sooner.
During multiple visits, I've observed that the serving staff dips the spoon into the meat, only to shake off a substantial amount before it reaches my bowl. This action results in a noticeably reduced quantity of meat in my serving, detracting from the value and enjoyment of my meal. This practice not only leads to inconsistency in portion sizes but also raises questions about the efficiency and customer-centricity of your serving methods.
Given the premium quality and the pricing of your meals, one would expect a more precise and customer-friendly approach to serving. I propose the consideration of using a perforated portion spoon specifically designed to ensure consistent serving sizes. Such a tool could be calibrated to the exact portion size intended for each serving, thereby eliminating the guesswork and variability currently observed.
This recent visit, in particular, has compelled me to finally voice my concerns, as the experience was far from what I, and undoubtedly many other customers, expect from a brand that prides itself on quality and customer satisfaction. The frequency of this issue suggests that it might be a common practice rather than isolated incidents, which is concerning.
I am a long-time patron of Chipotle, drawn to your commitment to quality ingredients and sustainable practices. However, the persistent issue with the serving method has marred my dining experience, prompting me to reconsider my patronage.
I urge you to address this matter promptly and consider my suggestion for implementing a standardized serving tool. Such a change would not only enhance the customer experience but also align with the professionalism and efficiency one would expect from Chipotle.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to a constructive response and the implementation of measures that will improve the dining experience for all...

First of all it took a very long time from start to finish I was there about 35 mins. I understand the team was short staffed I did take that into consideration. After the gentleman finished making my bowl, a costumer in front of me and I were just standing around waiting about 5+ min and still wasn’t cashed out yet and there was no team member at the register anymore so I asked the worker next to me that was making bowls if we could get someone to cash us out. He said “yeah someone’s coming “ then his coworker had said for him to go up there and he was on his way there and I wasn’t like “sorry I just want to eat my food hot” because I was getting a to-go order and still had to drive home and there were no signs of anyone moving to come to the register and no one had said anything to us either. He then proceeded to say “yeah well we’re short staffed you can come clock in if you want” and this was obviously intended to be rude towards me so I then asked for his name and he refused to give it to me and no one was wearing name tags. I asked his coworkers his name and they refused to give it to me and just stared at me. I’m complaining because that is something you should never say to customers. I work in a busy emergency room and would never treat my patients this way even if we’re short staffed, it was blatantly rude and disrespectful. The worker was a young man brown bowl cut curly hair with black glasses very skinny whiter complexion and med height. We don’t know what people go through on a daily basis and if he had said that to someone who was having a bad day it could’ve sent them over the edge . Now I don’t take kindly to be disrespected either because I was simply asking for assistance at the front. Very unprofessional on his part. I will no longer give this location business and will continue to go to either Cortez or University. Chips were also stale and had no flavor....
Read moreIf I could give 0 stars I would. I had the worst experience lastnight at this location. I placed my order online for a 9:10pm pick up. Pulled up to the drive through window told the girl my name she said it would be a few more mins. Okay fine no problem. I had asked how much extra salad dressing was. Who knew this would be a question that could cause so many problems. I was unable to add it to my order before placing the order or else I would have done it myself. Any way she goes "you can't get extra" this is not my 1st time at this restaurant I 100% know I can order extra. And I stated just that "I've been here before they didn't charge me last time but I'm fine with paying. Can you tell me how much." This girl huffed, then slammed the window in my face and rudely began wailing her hands in the air and yelling profanity. The "manager" came over and said "is there an issue what can I help with" I then asked the same question. She rolled her eyes told me the price and then said you would need to come inside and her excuse for the rude employee is "shes overwhelmed she has 3 other orders on top of yours" that cannot be something that you let slide. I surely do not work in fast food but when i did as a kid that behavior would be an instant termination. As for going inside that surely was not going to happen because if I didn't already pay online I would have driven off. So I said never mind on the dressing the "manager" closed the window and was laughing at me through the drive through with her uncontrollable employee, the girl was being so loud with her unprofessional mouth. She continuously walked away from the window prep station with my food so I ended up throwing out both of my pick up orders $50 in the trash. The "manager" and the supervisor 100% do not deserve to work around people and I 100% would not recommend this location while they are...
