CORT Furniture Outlet — Attraction in Summerfield

Good customer service is NOT dead! My husband and I went to Cort today looking for a sectional. We were both greeted warmly by Corinth, Jay and Brandi immediately, and taken to exactly what we told them we were looking for. Other available options were also shown to us, and they took the time to answer all our questions. It’s very relaxing, and you can take as much time as you need to decide (sit down and test the sofas/chairs, etc).

We ultimately decided on an option that was perfect for us--and they were even willing to deliver it to us at a location that’s an hour away!

All of their furniture was high-end looking, unique pieces, which is great if you want one-of-a-kind looks in your home. They had really nice artwork, too (big and small). If you’re the kind of person who doesn’t want your home to look cookie cutter like everyone else’s, this is an excellent place to go.

Last, if you’re on the fence about buying previously used furniture—don’t be! All the pieces are sanitized, and you of course you can always take the extra step to shampoo and steam it when you get it home for an extra layer of comfort. Supply chain issues have everything backlogged right now, and most furniture stores are out of big furniture pieces. I originally found CORT because IKEA hadn’t had the couch I wanted for 4 months, and I went to Ashley and was told it would be a 16-week wait. I even tried Home Reserve online, but they have a 5-6 wait, too. I was able to walk into CORT today and buy a sectional, and it will be in my home Wednesday. Had I rented a U-haul, I could have had it today. So don’t settle for a 4-8 month wait; go to CORT and get what you need now.

Brandi and Corinth restored my faith that great customer service still exists. For me it was very special in that I am in the process of relocating from overseas (work for the military) I hadn’t lived in the states for years. So setting up a residence in the states from overseas can and did present many challenges some such as the time difference I am 6 hours ahead of est. this being said brandy and Corinth were 100% professional from the moment I spoke with them. Their patience with me was wonderful. They took the time to really help me in figuring out what was the best package for me at the same time being flexible. as someone with little knowledge of furniture they took the time to use their knowledge to ensure the furniture was a great match. I could go on and on about the overall customer service experience I received. But mostly when we are overseas we feel detached when having to deal with relocation because most just don’t understand the challenge we are facing when trying to establish a new residence in the states but Corinth and Brandi took the time to listen to ensure the furniture portion was seamless. . I thank them both and will highly recommend to my unit overseas to make sure anyone transitioning to the dc area reach out to the for any furniture needs. I went to this business for the first time ever! I was assisted by a young woman name Corinth. She is " Da Bomb" she was polite, courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, delightful and just an all around good person to represent Cort Furniture. There was also another young lady who was delightful. Then there was a gentleman who wrapped my items and hand carried them to my car. The staff in that store are extremely customer service oriented, helpful and so, so pleasant. I bought several items and plan to go back and buy more as soon as possible.

I would very much like to see the whole staff at Cort Capital Heights store specifically get raises!! They go above and beyond the call of duty. They go the second and third mile with rendering superior customer service. These folks really need to be recognized for their high regard for customers.
