DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION. I REPEAT DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION. I came to this location at least a few times. On my first time visiting this location, I ordered a burger with fries and a drink. My order was exactly what I ordered. However, when I ate my food it was cold. Now, as a customer you want food to eat that you spend your money on and the employees can't ensure that it's fresh and hot. So, second time around I visited this location when I ordered my food, I asked them kindly can they make sure my food was hot please cause my food was cold the previous time I came here. Along with my food, I ordered a sonic blast and I asked for extra candy in the blast cause it's a limited portion of candy and you can't really taste it because of the ice cream. So, I received my food and my sonic blast. My food was nice and hot as I requested. As for the sonic blast, they did not give me the extra candy as I asked for it. If your paying extra for something that you want extra for you should give the customer what they requested. Last encounter which was a couple of days ago, I had ordered here again cause not a lot of food places were opened at the time and this is where I was very frustrated with my experience. So I pulled up to the intercom and I was interacting with a lady I ordered a sonic double cheeseburger meal and which comes with fries and a drink. So. I told the lady I didn't want drink and if I can substitute it. She was. very rude saying so you don't want no drink like the meal comes with a drink and thats like if you go to McDonalds you get a meal it comes with a drink. However, this is sonic not McDonalds. Like I politely asked if I can substitute it please and she did and I got a sonic blast again with extra on the candy. This time everything was right but this is where things take a terrible turn. So, the sonic blast is in a plastic cup and the plastic cups are not durable so I realized the cup was cracked on the side and the ice cream was leaking. So, I pulled up to the intercom again and the same lady got on the intercom again. I told her what happened the cup was broken on the side. She rudely replies ok it's nothing we can do on our end and im like I paid for this blast and it's leaking and the least you can do is remake it. So she told me to pull forward and she came outside saying what you want me to do about it. I was hoping she can make another one please. She walks off and slams her hands on the drive thru window. Read moreI am a delivery partner and I had a very disappointing experience on Tuesday 1st July 2025. I pulled up at approximately 11:05 pm to pick up an order for delivery and I also ordered a hotdog. The young lady at the window looked confused as if something was wrong, then she said that they are about to make the order and I should drive up to lane #2 and they will bring the food to me. It's now 11:45 pm and I realized that no one is coming and it seems they have forgotten me. I pulled back to the window where I was told by another worker, that the order was picked up by another driver before I even got there. Not even an apology was given by the emplyee who wrongly informed me. All she did was try to avoid speakimg to me. I was very upset - because my time, money, gas and mileage were all wasted. The next day I called the "corporate office" to complain about how poorly I was treated by their employee and they told me that someone will call me within 48 hrs. to resolve the issue. I didnt get a call back until 5 days later, and they had that same store that I have the issue with, to call me to resolve the matter. Well, that didnt go well, because the young lady (the manager), told me that she was told, that I made a report, that as a customer, I was treated poorly by a Sonic employee. She continued to state that I was not disrespected as a customer because that night I was there as a delivery person. I couldn't believe the foolishness coming out of her mouth - a "manager!". So, delivery people can be disrespected ???? What nonsense is this?! According to her, that night I was a delivery person and not a customer...when, in actuality, I was a customer AND a delivery person that night. When I asked for her name, and told her that she's turning this around on me, she hung the phone up on me. This situation has escalated beyond what it should have, because this store is run by rude and disrespectful kids. I have given up on the "corporate office" to resolve the issue and I have now escalated this situation to the BBB. I will never purchase here again. I'm not going to pay Sonic, only to have their workers disrespect me. This is horrible business. Customer service is in the dumps here, with rude, disrespectfull and dismissive employees. Feb 17 2024 around 11pm My recent experience at Sonic Drive-In left me feeling utterly disregarded and disrespected, as if my patronage was inconsequential. Driving a large SUV, I encountered difficulty navigating the tight turns of the drive-through lane, prompting me to opt for a direct approach to the window.
As I pulled up behind a stationary car at the window, I patiently waited for acknowledgment or assistance for at least 10 minutes. Despite my presence being apparent, it seemed as though the individuals in the vehicle ahead were acquainted with the employees, as no one made an effort to attend to my needs.
Feeling increasingly frustrated, I attempted to pull to the side to address the situation directly. However, my efforts were met with a deliberate act of indifference. As soon as I lowered my window to seek assistance from the restaurant staff, they promptly closed the drive-through window and proceeded to ignore my presence.
What was most disheartening was witnessing the apparent lack of concern from the restaurant staff, who appeared to find amusement in my predicament. Their laughter and casual demeanor only compounded the sense of disrespect and disregard I experienced as I drove away from the establishment.
It is deeply disappointing to encounter such blatant disregard for customer service and basic courtesy at a well-known fast-food chain like Sonic Drive-In. As a paying customer, I expected to be treated with respect and attentiveness, yet my experience left much to be desired.
