This Starbucks is horrible!!! There has not been a visit where I’ve had a pleasant experience. I’ve been going to this Starbucks for about 2 years now because it’s close to where my son trains. I have to add an additional 20mins to my travel because it takes about 15-20 mins to get only a Frappuccino regardless of them having a line or not. Normally, Im pretty chill and just wait it out but today I went inside because there was a line in the drive thru. There were four young ladies working and only ONE person in front of me. It took 5 mins to take my order waited 12 mins, while they talked laughed and fixed other orders. When a drink was finally placed on the counter it was an order 2 orders behind me. When I inquired I was told there was a line and to be patient. Mind you the line came AFTER I placed my order and had been waiting a couple of minutes. So after that I asked for a refund why because I was coming up on my 20 minute grace period I give myself just to stop THERE!!!! While asking for a refund the attitude of all the young ladies was unprofessional and like oh well. While refunding the lady stated how busy they were. I work at the pentagon and they will have a group of people and I’ve NEVER waited over 5 minutes. I never have a problem at any other Starbucks but the fact that I have to build in 20 mins into my travel time to ensure I have enough time just to stop at that Starbucks 1 minute from where I am going is absolutely ridiculous!!! Read moreThis Starbucks is lacking the main ingredient....Customer Service! This is my second and last time going...I don't care if o have to drive 1 hour away I refuse to come back. I decided to come a second time giving them the benefit of the doubt bit it was all true. The entire staff needs to be replaced they are all giving the chain an entirely bad name. They talk very rude to all customers, forget about your orders (I once waited 20 min and when I went back up to counter they asked what do I want just like that, very rude, I told them about my pastry and the guy said oh yeah and proceeded to grab it and put in the warmer right at that moment) this happened both times and I watch as it happened to other customers and see the frustration all over their faces. The first time I was there, I was in the middle of paying for my order when another girl was yelling at the guy ringing me up saying where did you put the pitcher...he proceeded to argue back with her very loudly and using inappropriate language and left me standing there for 15 min before finishing my order. I ordered my usual drink through the app this morning: a grande Pike with 4 pumps of hazelnut, 4 sugars, and a splash of milk. When I arrived, the barista was making a drink that looked the color of a latte, so I assumed it wasn’t mine but she called my name after completing it.
I let her know it had far too much cream (I only ordered a splash). She immediately got an attitude, took the drink back, and started remaking it. When she handed it to me again, it was just plain Pike with no additions, and she shooed me toward the self-serve station, telling me I could add cream and sugar myself. I pointed out that she hadn’t added the hazelnut, and she rudely said, “I didn’t add anything!” I reminded her I had paid for hazelnut, so she took it back again and then placed it in front of me without any acknowledgment.
I’m certain I didn’t get the full pumps I paid for, as I could barely taste or smell the hazelnut until I reached the bottom of the cup. If I hadn’t been running late, I would have made her prepare it correctly, but I had no choice but to leave. Unfortunately, after this experience, I will not be returning to this location.
