Italiano Pizzeria - Carryout and Take out — Restaurant in Maryland

They are Chinese ppl not Italian. The food and the prices are excellent but the service is not so good. I’ve seen this place on TikTok and went there a few times with no problem. The man made my food when there were no issues but the lady. She’s nice at first but then it’s like 0 to 500. I ordered a cheeseburger over the phone with her. Got home and there was no cheese. I called to tell them and the guy said he would give me extra cheese when I came back. Uh no! I gave them another chance and I ordered a steak and cheese that looked to me like there was no cheese. I took it in and showed the guy and he turned to the lady and looked like Why didn’t you put cheese on it. She immediately started yelling and I’m like whoa I’m just letting you know. The guy had gloves on but he picked through my sandwich and when the lady was I put cheese on it. He’s like There is cheese and I said I don’t see it. She starts yelling again. So he tries to give me the sandwich back and I’m like you just did all that to the sandwich there's no way I’m eating it. I asked for my money and was told they would never see me again. He said that’s fine bc you complain too much. Umm, who wouldn’t complain about their food? It wasn’t even a complaint bc I went back after the first incident. I came and decided to try the cheesesteak, and the other person who I went with tried the cheesesteak, pizza, and wings. I had others who allowed me to take pictures of their food as well.

The cheesesteak was definitely worth it. For $8, you can not beat it. One of the things I like best is the seasonings being available for you just in case you would like to add more to your food. The prices for the food is definitely worth it if you ask me. The staff there was definitely patient and friendly so the customer service was on point.

There is plenty of seating, drinks in the fridge which you can choose from and chips to go along with your purchase if you choose it. There's plenty of parking here and the day, I went it surely was busy but the food was ready within a reasonable time frame. No long...

Decent. Nothing fancy, but solid. The kinda no-nonsense place you go to for a quick take-out lunch at a reasonable price. Sandwiches, subs, burgers, calzones, pizza, with various fried sides. The steak & cheese sub (with a side of fries), and a drink, was a good deal at just over $12.00. The fries were pretty standard fare, but the sub was nice and juicy and hit the spot.
