We decided to use Cort (Capitol Heights Location) to rent furniture for our son's apartment and we are beyond glad and overjoyed that we did. The cost was so reasonable and our rental consultant, Ari Kapner, made the experience so easy and effortless. He was attentive to details and caring and did the most amazing job communicating and making sure everything went smoothly. And the pieces he chose were absolutely perfect. I want to thank Ari Kapner for his extraordinary customer service throughout the move i just coordinated for an out-of-town family member. Moving is stressful enough, but when a number of glitches arose that were not CORT's fault, Ari could have just as easily said "sorry this is your problem, not ours." But he didn't. Instead he said, "we're here for you and we're going to make this work."
