DO NOT MAKE ANY ONLINE ORDERS AT THIS WAWA IF YOU WANT YOUR ORDER IN A TIMELY MANNER, SIMPLY SELECT A DIFFERENT ADDRESS ON YOUR DELIVERY APP WHEN ORDERING. This “employee” by the name of Zion has to be about the most unprofessional, rude, lazy, employees I have dealt with by far. I have delivered many orders for customers as this is my night job and I have never had to deal with such an individual. This is not a one time thing as I have brought this to the attention of management multiple times and he is still working there enjoying being digusting towards customers. I am apart of an online community for a delivery service and this is this first person I see there that has been named on multiple occasions within the last 3 years. He does the same exact thing to drivers of certain ethnicities. He ignores you unless you go completely out of your way to get his precious attention. Then he proceeds to say something sarcastic with an incredibly rude tone like, “I’m busy right now.”, and then proceeds to ignore you again instead of simply taking 10 seconds to turn around, look for the order that is being picked up by the driver, and handing it to the driver so that the customer can receive their order in a timely manner instead of receiving melted drinks and soggy food. This is disgraceful customer service that you can’t even get from a hole in the wall gas station if you tried! More importantly, this is about the businesses reputation and ability to bring in consumers. This store used to be one of the best ones around at a 4.2 rating but employees like this have destroyed this store. He has been talked to multiple times and clearly has no intention of changing while purposefully hurting the business time and time again through his arrogance. Is this the type of employee that Wawa hires? I GUARANTEE YOU WILL SEE THIS INDIVIDUAL STILL WORKING THERE BECAUSE THIS WAWA CLEARLY DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOU! Read moreI'm sorry to have to write this review, but hopefully it will help somebody. I usually come here for the gas and tonight I was out and about. So, I stopped here because I heard their subs were good. Everything was going fine until they called my number and the lady who fixed my sandwich told me that I had to pay for the sub first, which of course I had every intention to do anyway. This was my first time ordering anything from here, so I figured she would hand me the sandwich and I would go over to the cash register to get rung up for the sandwich along with my other purchases. Nope, instead she held onto the sandwich until I paid for it and the other items. That's where the confusion started! So, the cashier rung me up for the sandwich using a ticket along with the other items. Then, she told me the price of all of my items, $16.30. I looked at her and said, "Did you say $16.30 For one 6 inch sub, a bottled water and a bag of chips. She said, Yup! So, I looked closer at the screen on her monitor, and it had an extra sandwich on there that I didn't order. Of course when I pointed it out to her she said to me, "Oh, you must've accidentally requested the extra sandwich." Me: No ma'am I did not order the extra sandwich! Her: Yes, you did! Me: I'm pretty sure I didn't request this extra sandwich as I would know if I did. Her: "Oh, yeah...you're right...so sorry...my mistake. I gave her a nice long side eye, and Smh! She then took the extra sandwich off, which brought my total down to $10.00. Finally, I went to pick my sandwich up from the counter top, but I wanted to be sure that it was mine, so I asked the lady behind the counter if it was mine, but she was talking to another customer. Read moreAll fueling stations were full. About 3 people were actually in their vehicles. Everyone else was in the store. I left cause all the hoses were taken. And the air hose is always out of service.
2/22/24@2pm, I asked the idiot with the glasses at the front register how to redeem the rewards for the Celsius drink. He looked at my phone, told me to hit the redeem, which i told him i already did. I guess he thought i lied because he reached over and hit it again and when It did nothing he told me, get this, u have to do it online, WHAAAT! This dipstick made absolutely no sense. Then he just went about his business. He was done with me. I went to the the girl at the other register and she had no clue either, but she told she didn't know, that's a better response then u have to do it online. That guy's an idiot, so if u only go there to redeem ur rewards make sure u know how to do it cause, it seems, the employees have no clue
6/15/24. Rice bowl with chicken strips. They didn't even fill the bowl up with rice. I just paid about $8.50 and they couldn't even fill the bowl up and I ordered ranch dressing, no dressing whatsoever. I get bowls all the time and this is the worse.
6/28/24. Again I ordered ranch dressing and there was no ranch dressing. I had to go back in and get it in a cup. There is old bay on it, I didn't order old bay. They did put a nice serving size of onions in it. That I liked.
