CVS — Attraction in Lower Chichester Township

They are literally never open. Even when they say they are, they’re not. Some days they close at 8 others they close at 6pm or another random time. You never really know when they’re open or not, only way to know if by wasting your time and gas and getting out of your car to check. I haven’t had a problem with their pharmacy staff as the other reviews state. They’ve been polite, understaffed and busy for sure, but polite. However, the store needs to pick a time to be opened and closed and stick with it so people can stop wasting their time and gas going to a closed store for medicine possibly missing out on another open store that is closing. There’s no reason that multiple customers have addressed this and they still cannot provide an exact time of operation. Understaffed or not they know the times their store is able to be staffed and needs to provide those hours of operations to it’s customers. You barely need to lift a finger to change the hours online...

I went to pick up a prescription that was ready. (I received a text on my phone.) There was a long line. I decided to use the bathroom before I got in line. I went into the bathroom and it was absolutely disgusting. I regret not taking pictures. It was so gross that I chose to wait until I got home. There was spilled soda on the baby changing table. Feces was smeared on the toilet seat and on the floor. Dried blood was also on the toilet seat. A used paper cup and toilet paper pieces were all over the floor. Since this pharmacy collects urine samples, how are they supposed to get accurate results when someone uses this filthy, disgusting biohazard of a bathroom?? I am appalled. Time to get the rubber gloves on and scrub that bathroom from top to bottom and disinfect everything. Oh, and how nice that you have a separate, locked bathroom for employees! So, you must know it is a problem. Unacceptable...

Staff is usually pretty cool at this location, until today. Some old hag at the register (short grey haired women) assumed my card i was using was a stolen card after a few attempts on trying to add $100 to my account. I have a hairline crack on my phone which prevented the barcode to be scanned correctly, . Another cashier suggested using the physical card, which unfortunately ddnt work either. Atp i figured it must be their system cause I've successfully done this transaction a few times at this location no issues. But to say my card is stolen is wild. Mind u my name is on it, it just seems prejudice. Maybe even abit racial since i had my Fro out. But overall the store is great except for that ol hag. 1 star for ger...
