"NO SENSE OF URGENCY WHATSOEVER " STAY CLEAR IF YOU WANT TIMELY SERVICE. Employees working This late Friday night have the "least sense of urgency " I have ever witnessed in a wawa atmosphere. I witnessed complete confusion and total disregard for trying to get food out promptly. It was actually comical which makes it even more sad. One girl actually stood between two food preppers,just basically watched without offering much help BTW...If someone scheduled a new hire on a busy Friday night...well thats just stupid. The other...a long haired young man to do condiments & wrap and call out numbers was sooo painful to watch (Thé slowest individual working in a fast-paced environment ive ever witnessed. When my number was finally up "he" handed me the sandwich was wrapped so poorly..the sandwich was going to fall out of the paper wrapping. Read moreWhat great employees. I was traveling from up north and stopped in this WaWa and my car battery died. I was having a horrible night and was exhausted. Hippy who works here, saw I was stressed and went above and beyond to give the best costumer service. He provided me somewhere to sit while my phone and jumppack could charge and brought me a complimentary cup of coffee to warm me up. Not many people want to jump someone's battery at 3:30am !? He did everything he could to make sure I was safe,warm and asked one of his regulars to jump me. What unbelievable customer service! 😊you just don't see that anymore! I'm from south FL and I have heard WaWas are coming to our area and I couldn't be more thrilled after the experience I had! I hope the company really appreciates there employees, especially one like Hippy! Just a joy! Totally made my awful night into a positive experience! Read moreThis morning I pay for my gas and the pump does not work just for me to go back in and ask them to reset it and for them to tell me they couldn’t reset it. Because I pay with my card it was going to hold my money and I would have to swipe again. They called the manager to explain to me that when you swipe your card and don’t pop your gas, they hold your money. I did go to pump my gas, but the pump didn’t work and the manager came out and she looked me right in the face as if she could care less and say it’s up to your bank now. No I want gas in my car so I can go to work. I was very disappointed it how nobody seems to care that I’m out they’re pumping the gas at the pump isn’t working but all they could talk about.
