Placed an order in drive thru as i had to be somewhere. ordered a meal and one side from the Tacobell menu. the person taking the order asked questions to get my order correct, i pulled around. only two cars ahead of me. it took quite a while. i was in a rush. finally it was my turn. i was charged on my card and not offered a receipt- first she said $13.- then said $18- (we'll come back to this). i got asked if i wanted this drink which looked/sounded wrong and so the person remade it. i think it was still wrong - was a drink i never ordered before. tasted ok though. barely any ice on a 100' day. she walked away for a while, apologized for the wait. finally came back with my bag, which was missing an item.
a manager (?) came over and offered me something from KFC because, and i quote "we have no meat back there to even make what you ordered, i dont know what they are doing back there, or what happened to all the meat". i said i didnt want KFC i wanted TB, but could i have a partial refund since i was missing part of my order... and i was told to look at the sign which reads something like “No refunds, if your order is wrong we’ll gladly remake it with a smile”. Which obviously they couldnt do since they were out of the product. i basically just said sure i will take whatever because i need food to eat, i had paid for food and i wasnt getting any of my money back for their error (if they had just said this when i placed the order i could have saved us all the time and energy).
so she quickly made me some meal that i knew i wouldnt eat as im not a big KFC fan. i was so late and already annoyed, and then forgot to ask her for the receipt!! now thinking about it, i dont think what i ordered cost $18-, they seem to be scamming people and trying to get away with it (just looked up prices online it should have been $13-). after opening my bag, i realized that the part of my meal i did get, had been made wrong (with an ingredient i had asked to remove) and couldnt eat it anyway. so i paid $18- for lunch of which i ate about $3 worth and it was terrible.
do not go here. go to any other Taco bell. i dont know whats going on here, but apparently, neither do the staff. avoid at all costs. and if you do... get your receipt!!! Tacobell can issue refunds even if the store staff won't. learn...
Read moreI have frequented this location for about 20 years. This past experience at the drive-thru was not only the best experience I have ever had there (regarding employees), it was one of the best and most memorable I have had at ANY drive-thru, including banks and other fast food establishments. The guy that was taking orders was polite, pleasant and respectful. He actually apologized for not having an item that I ordered. He sounded sincere when he apologized. I asked if he had any boxed meal deal that was comparable, and he made a suggestion quickly. I don't recall his name, but would recognize it if it was mentioned.
My experience prior to this visit, which was about a year ago was the exact opposite. It was THE WORST experience I ever had at any drive-thru. It was two girls at the window. They taunted me, shouted derogatory names at me, laughed at me, made vulgar gestures to me, and arrogantly encouraged me to "call corporate". The rudeness of these two Taco Bell/KFC employees was so daring and over-the-top that I could hardly believe it was happening. Their cowardly advantage of being inside with a window separating us went to their head. I should have reported them but didn't. I feel good enough mentioning those two girls in this review and what they did, hoping "corporate" does see a difference in my last two customer experiences. The employees that have first-hand contact with customers does make a big difference. The reputation and success of a company depend mostly on those...
Read moreNormally I like taco bell, but with the service at this one I wish Google review had negative stars. Went through the drive thru and the woman didn't read the order back to us and then when we requested that she would, she sounded annoyed. For context it was 2 bean burritos and a side of potatoes. I clarified and said "bean burritos, not beef please," because they can sometimes sound similar through the speaker. She got more annoyed at this and said "yeah I know, I got it," very sarcastically. Then after we got through, we realized she got it wrong and gave us beef burritos. We went back through again and said the order was wrong and instead of saying "sorry for the mishap we will get you the right order," she blamed it on us and said that we must've ordered the wrong thing. There was no reason to get defensive or rude there, we literally just wanted the burritos. She eventually did give us the right ones, but they were wrapped wrong anyway. Just go to Wawa next door if you're...
