dd's DISCOUNTS — Attraction in Pine Castle

Carl and Christian at 4629 S Orange Blossom Trail Orlando, FL 32839 store location was very unprofessional. To start CARL felt the need to remove his mask when addressing me. Also there is no return policy sign in or out the store. Carl who claims to be store Manager more so was extremely unprofessional, disrespectful and defamed my character infront of customers snd store employees. I have it all on video and plan to take all necessary actions. I called and complained to corporate and still awaiting resolution. If not resolved and addressed, I plan to alert the BBB and local media regarding this experience so local customers can beware. Carl stated to me publicly that "I am not a customer." He also stated that " I am a irritated guest " and it all escalated from that point. My entire home and closet consists of all DDS products and I am totally disgusted knowing how much money I spent in this store. I love this store and the great deals they have. I came in last week with an issue and the manager, Ms. Sylvia was more than helpful. I was very surprised to see the negative review about her. just a few minutes after 9, they closed their fitting rooms, i had politely asked if i could use the fitting room but i was told coldly not open anore. if you are going to be selling clothes should have fitting rooms available till closing, specially since sometimes clothes might have same size in the tag, but clothes are actually not the same size.
