Mr.Snappers — Restaurant in Florida

I am a regular at this restaurant. Me and my children love the wings and fries. I have been calling since 7 o’clock with no answer. It is storming horribly so I wanted to call in my order. I called in 11 times in an hour with no answer or someone picking up and hanging up the phone. No “please hold” no “one moment” or anything. I still drove to the restaurant thinking they may be busy. I walked in to 1 customer waiting, the woman working the counter was playing on her phone and was extremely rude. I then called while inside ordering just to see if there was a phone issue. There was no issue i literally watched her pick up the phone and hang up 😤 When i asked for the manager she told me come in the morning. I don't usually write reviews but this place is special, the food is awesome and the price is right ok!! they can use a interior decorator but never judge a book by its cover. Food is always fresh and on point. They sell fried gizzards and livers, who does that any more!!! That makes this place unique, nice selection of sides too... they had okra i haven't seen them in any other restaurant. It would be kool if they sold fried plantains...hint hint lol. I eat out kinda often so i get a little excited when i find a place where i can not cook myself and still eat healthy I live in Kissimmee and I come all the way to Mr.Snappers for their food. It's 11:11 a.m. on a Friday and the restaurant is not open. I pulled up at 11:04 a.m. There are no cars in the lot and no lights on. I called twice just to see if someone was inside but no one answered. They're supposed to be open at this time and it's pretty unfortunate because the reviews are great. It's my friends birthday and they've been wanting a philly cheese steak. Now I have to find another spot. If these aren't the hours someone needs to update this information.
